Did not have HC-Orange beverage. Only beverage cup available was a small coffee cup. Chicken Nuggets cold. Long wait in drive through.

Don't go to this Wendy's! The first time I went the frosty machine was down. The second time I went the frosty machine was down. The third time I went I sat in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes without moving. When I tried to go inside to order I was rudely told by an employee the dining area was closed and nobody can come in since the manager left.

Bunch of teens blasting their music so loud they didn’t hear me repeat my order several times, then still got my orders wrong on two separate meals that I ordered charged me for a Large meal but gave me small drinks for the whole meal spent almost 40$ for three orders.

I myself worked at Wendy's a decade ago and know how things are supposed to go . I was giving grease chilly meat on my ? nater and was very unsatisfied so information to everyone that goes to this Wendy's check your food before you leave

I went to order through the drive-thru I told her to give me just one moment she told me I had 5 Seconds and I told her again that I was not ready she said that they were on a very strict timeline and I needed to hurry I recorded it I'm contacting corporate and I I'm contacting the district manager
Told the girl that took my order 3 times how I wanted my burgers she read my order back to me. My 3 burgers wrong. Mayo pickles only! everything but what I asked for on all 3 burgers. Only 2 customers inside today at 4:45p.
Yesterday's order was PERFECT AND ALOT BUSIER THAN TODAY
Mgr recognized me from yesterday. She asked if I was getting chili again as she walked through the dining room.. I replied yes, and burgers really enjoyed them. PLEASE ASK YOUR EMPLOYEES TO CHECK ORDER BEFORE GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMER

This Wendy's is close to my house and I visit frequently. My last 5 visits have been ridiculously wrong. Complete wrong orders, if order is right it's made incorrectly (ex: orders burger plain , gets loaded burger) they are constantly out of something as well. Today it was chives and Dr Pepper

Terrible experience.. ordered food and tried to add a lemonade to my order at the window..”stated my manager won’t allow me to do that”… so then asked for salt and said you have to come inside to get it out front… salt… go inside to place order for lemonade and get salt… then no straws available out front I asked them as the checkout and said, “no we don’t have any straws”… how the heck can I drink my lemonade??? Yall got people in drive through and ya can’t give them any straws either??? Place was ridiculous. Go back out and they left out my burger I ordered and chilli….. I’d close this place down and I will be calling corporate..

After paying, I had to wait in line for fries. Ordered a standard #2, nothing special. I waited at least five minutes. The next two vehicles in line also waited, were served, and then left. I ended up leaving without the food. Pitiful service.
