I'm surprised the county health dept hasn't shut this restaurant down. The reason the staff look like they're conducting a funeral is because they know the quality of food they're serving should be in the landfill.

I got here at the Wendy's tonight at 11:15 and could not order anything because the delivery truck had the drive thru blocked so I went to the door the workers on the inside seen me and chose to ignore me which is ridiculous considering the restaurant is not suppose to close til 12 I think all this fast food restaurants need to do something about there employees not wanting to do there jobs. And just so cooperate knows they closed your store down 45 minutes early so y'all lost 5 customers because of that

Pulled up to the drive thru today at 10:15 to place an order sat there in my car for a while and no one answered to take my order . Pulled around to the window employees were playing and talking and laughing with each other. They ignored us while I called the store to assure they were open. No answer on the phone either, another employee joined into their games. Either I am invisible, or the glass at drive thru doesn’t see outside. No attempt was made to see if we wanted something or could take an order. Don’t visit this store mid morning because staff doesn’t want to be bothered with your order.

We ordered from the app a salad, a chocolate frosty, and then decided to try a cold brew frosty coffee. When we went to pick it up, I added a nacho burger (current specialty) because it sounded interesting. I also ordered a blueberry pomegranate lemonade on the app. When we arrived, they handed us a regular frosty and then two small frosties. Then she told me they didn't have lemonade to make the drink. Okay, fine. Then we asked about the two small frosties and she said they didn't have the ingredients for the coffee cold brew. Um... Less fine. When we ate the food, the burger was meh at best. All the special toppings that made it sound appealing were all of the lowest, cheapest tasting quality imaginable. Wide said the salad was good though.

A little better than the one in Spanish fort. I’m probably never going to Wendy’s again. The cashier can’t understand anyone because he’s got his AirPods in his ears. The employees don’t welcome you, as a matter of fact I don’t think they said more than 2 words. They just look at you like what are you doing here.

Gave me my order correctly got home find out the chicken sandwich only has onion, pickle, and mayo as toppings. Do NOT recommend going here, I’ll go to the one on Theodore Dawes from here on out

This is the worst Wendy's in the city. They are rude and very unprofessional. They have you waiting at the speaker forever while they are in the store doing God knows what because there is no at the window or in the counter because the inside is closed. It's like they intentionally don't say anything when you get to the speaker so they can make you leave because they don't want to work. This place really needs to work on customer service and professionalism. There is no reason I sat in line for 10 minutes behind the car at the speaker because they wouldn't say anything to him when he pulls up and when he finally says they tell him to hold on like he hasn't been sitting here for 10 minutes already!

The dining room was locked up, and everyone was forced to use the drive thru. After sitting at the menu board for 5 mins with no greeting, I finally pulled around to the window to see three employees standing around talking to each other. I gave my order and was asked to pull around with the 6 other cars parked waiting on their orders. I sat waiting on my food for approximately 20 mins.

Was a great place. No more senior drinks. Cashier was very rude. Bought key chain for Frosty. After spent 15.00 could not get unless order more. Fish sandwich was awful and over priced. Arby's a lot better and cheaper. Will never go again. Loved the old staff. Friendly and helpful. Now awful. Bye Wendy'
