This is the third time now that I have gone through the drive through and been accosted by literal children who are so rude to the customers that I had to remember where I was at. I did not pay to come and get cussed at because I’m supposed to sit there and let you make fun of guests and myself in front of me while you prepare my order. I will be contacting corporate as well as speaking to the GM. Have some class, do better. It costs nothing to be kind to your customers.

My husband came to this location at 12:20. They told him the system was down and they do this every night around this time. I’m going to cooperate about it.

Tammy the General Manager stops at nothing to make sure you leave this place happy. Every time I visit this place she always handles her business. Much love to her & the staff. Way better than any other Wendy’s or competitor in the area. Give them a try!

Love the biggie bag there are a few options which is great and not bad they range from 5 to 8 dollars you get the burger, small fries, 4 piece nugget and a small drink. Also love their cherse fries as well and add the ghost pepper sauce. The frostys are always so delicious love when they have the fusions or new flavors they are always so delicious.

Absolutely Atrocious service and food quality from the Wendy’s at Airport and Bel Air Mall. They cannot count a 10 piece nugget to save their life and fail and bagging half my previous order. There is a very nasty term for ignorant people and it applies to the employees at this facility.

Great service on the window and food was actually fresh. Like someone fixed you up a plate. I hope it wasn’t a fluke.
