I flew in to Mobile and stayed at Marriott across from this Wendy’s. It was 11:30 at night so it was drive thru only. Totally fine and understandable. I asked them if they could take my order, the two young employees looked like they would be willing but the employee who was older by 15-20 years at least started saying that it was against their policy. Everytime I was starting to ask her a question(while the window remained closed), she got angry interrupted and started yelling. Then as I remained calm, and tried to ask is there anything exceptional she started screaming to call uber eats. She then walked away yelling more and saying things about me in a derogatory manner. I then left walked to McDonald’s, shared what my situation was and all of them helped me out. I guess McDonald’s people are just more human. They threw in extra waters and were more than empathetic. Everyone has bad days but you do not need to treat people like garbage.

For this location to be by the mall y’all need to do better. Everytime i come here the customer service is trash they never speak, they hand you your food and slam the window. Not only that my order is 9/10 always wrong i will not be coming here this location lacks professionalism and good quality customer service putting kids at the window.

If you want hot, fresh food without the attitude, this is the place to go. The customer service was excellent, the food came out hot and fresh, and even my cookie was warmed. The wait time was minimal. Highly recommend this location!

I like to go to Wendy’s occasionally to order a baked potato and a side salad. It feels light and healthy. The burgers are good too!

Hate you'll at there because everything else was close
This is the 4th time we have went to this wendys and had the staff of teenagers be mean to us, give us half full cold fries, flat cokes with no ice, and they were out of the chocolate frosty. One of the workers even muttered under their breath profanity. I do not recommend and hope the workers there get disciplined for their actions and lack of service.
Edit: and I forgot to mention that when we asked for a refund they said no because it's through the mobile app and gave an excuse that a i presume to be a lie since they clearly didn't try and serve us at all.
This location is the WORST!!! I ordered on the Wendy’s app and I ate inside of the restaurant. Whenever my food was ready I immediately noticed my order was wrong and so I went with my receipt to the counter to ask them to correct their mistake. The cashier kept telling me they don’t exchange the sides. Then, the manager comes over and says that they only give the potato wedges as a side and they don’t offer other sides. I said well I ordered on the app and every other Wendy’s has always given me the correct order and she made me feel like I was in the wrong and gaslighting me to the fullest extent. I just walked away. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.
