I haven’t been to this Wendy’s location in a few years and after my experience today, I can definitively say I won’t return. The interior of the store is rundown. I noticed one of the booths falling apart, none of the tables were wiped down, nor the carpet in the dining room swept. The tea urn didn’t even have a lid on top, it was just saran wrapped. No soda products to choose from; they were all out except for root beer. Food was mediocre and lukewarm. No customer service to speak of. Their health department rating is a 98, which is shocking from what I witnessed. Honestly surprised this location hasn’t shut down.

Won't get another dollar from me. What happened to ppl doing their job? I'm sorry this is your job but this is your job. Why have an attitude and be rude!?! I had a mobile order and the little girl was upset that I had a mobile order. It's ok you won't have to be bothered with me anymore.

Food was delayed. Staff was working hard but short staffed. Food was delivered cold. Would not recommend this location until improvements are instituted. Staff was doing the best they could and were friendly.

The disadvantage of being in the customer service business, is that you find yourself judging every encounter as the Official Customer Service Police! My son and I decided to visit this Wendys and it was wrong from the start. Once inside, I noticed that the manager was having a conversation with an employee and her mother in the dining room. The young lady behind the counter acknowledged us, but didn't take our order. It wasn't until the manager finished her conversation and walked up to the register to I guess void something out that we were able to order. The manager took my order and gave me my total. Wait, my son has to order now. He had to repeat his order because she was distracted by everything else including the drive thru. She literally took my son's order between having a conversation with someone she knew in the drive thru. It was awful service, so much so that my son and I had a bet that our order wasn't going to be correct. I lost because everything was there, everything but what I concluded as piss poor customer service. Clearly, the new norm is rachetness at its best! Do Better

Good, fast, we used the mobile app & went through the drive thru. Staff was super friendly & polite, food was great and hot.

They robbed me. I placed an online delivery order and they cancelled it. The time said for today and I even have the tracking of the delivery order. I called and they said they won’t give me my food, and they won’t cancel the order and give my money back. On the phone they were so rude, ignored me to have casual non work related conversations with coworkers and even the manager said my issue wasn’t their problem.Never eat here with these workers. They’ll take your money and not give you food.

Is it a problem to get fresh mtf fries I asked her do y’all have some fresh fries up with a attitude she said YEA I pep that but dismissed it because who would be happy bout working at Wendy’s anyway get my two bags one small one medium fry both were like warm Also she had a stank look on her face the entire time handing me my food I wanted to turn around so bad but I would’ve ended up on fb from somebody recording us fighting this meal was for my 3&12 year old I’m calling cooperate tomorrow for my refund!!

Ordered #1, add cheese, no pickles, no onions, fries and medium frosty. Got home after drive through and got pickles, no cheese and cold fries. Service was slow and I'll not be going back. Seems like staff wasn't paying attention.

Sat in the drivethru forever...just to get up to order&be told we needed to come inside. So we did. Seems they were out of everything. Slow service, few choices, and not very clean at all. That's my last trip here for sure!
