GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Management needs to get this location under control. Employees are extremely rude. I asked for barbecue sauce and the girl at the window said “sweetnsour and ranch”. I then said barbecue please and she repeats “sweetnsour and ranch”. I then ask are y’all out of barbecue and she says yes. All of these things were said with an unprofessional attitude, this is the third time in my 4 times (only getting food twice with one of these times missing food and driving off the other two times because they didn’t have what I wanted and I sat at the menu waiting to order for 15 minutes) going where there hasn’t been a decent human being on staff. 0 stars.

No jelly in the bag even after told it was in the bag only ketchup biscuits taste stale paid with a $50 bill did not give correct change had to wait for my money a lil longer than expected deserves no star and don’t even answer calls called twice and just ring do not recommend

One of the friendlier ones.. order accuracy is nearly 100% of the time.. You do have to ask for any additional thing like catchup etc. Currently running a great $5 special.
I went to Wendys on Moffatt yesterday 2/7/25 around 4:45. The service worker who worked the front counter was not friendly, personable, and it showed that she did not want to be there or that she wanted to earn a paycheck without waiting on customers. I'm tired of these establishments with terrible attitudes and horrible customer service. The job did not ask for you, you applied for the job therefore the job should be valued. The worker seemed very annoyed when I asked her a question. Also, the 2 for $7 special that is on the menu board she expresses that the special could not honored. I did not make any purchase as I refuse to spend my money at a restaurant that shows lack of concern and good customer care. I went to Burger King on Airport at Schillenger and received exceptional service. Every time I go to this particular Burger King they do not disappoint. We as consumers should stop supporting terrible service.

I don't know how this location handles their lunch and dinner shifts, but I can attest to how smooth and quick things run for their breakfast. Always fast, always tasty, and pretty good "2 for" deals. You can count on them for a fast breakfast.
