Showed up at 10:10 pm. Sat there for well over 15 mins. Couldn’t get a response in the drive thru with 4 vehicles behind me waiting as well. One of the drivers went to the window and knocked with no response. Drive around to the lobby door to see that the employees were sitting down with headsets (which means they could hear me saying hello in the drive thru) and when I asked them what was up they told me the fryers were down. As far as the rest of the employees they were all outside smoking. I didn’t know you could steal time from major companies and still have your job.

Paid for a burger I didn't receive they hand you the bag at the drive thru close the window and walk away Paid $14 for a burger that could fit in the palm of my hand the quality and service have really fallen off at these fast food restaurants.

Worst service, all the employees were just standing and talking, the line was backed out the door, never gave me my frosty or sweet tea, one dude wasn't wearing gloves grabbing frozen food out the freezer and the main shift manager was doing all their jobs.
