Waited 10 minutes for my order. It wasn’t busy and one car ahead of me. I get my order- it’s wrong- fries are lukewarm, and taste terrible!!!! Old grease- like should have been changed two days ago, old grease. Just plain nasty tasting.
Burger meat- hard. And half was warm the other half cold.
Does it even matter writing a review on this place?
When you are hungry and options are limited ….. yes it does. What’s worse than being hungry? Pissed off, 10 dollars poorer, and still hungry.

I went to Wendy’s for a Frosty and noticed a bunch of new dessert items—shakes, swirls, mixers with Oreos, strawberry, and several other flavors. Pretty legit dessert menu they’ve got now.
I also got a Biggie Bag, but they shorted me two of my chicken nuggets. The junior bacon cheeseburger—or whatever they call it—was the worst thing I’ve ever had. The bacon wasn’t cooked through, the meat was cold, and the bread was awful. And the lettuce—if you can even call it that—was the white part of a head, barely green.
Overall, it was fine—the fries were good, my drink was good, and the Oreo mixer shake was pretty decent. But the spoons were buried, and the no straws either. I just don't think it's that hard to deliver on the basics of service.

i’m writing this in the drive thru as i’m waiting for the one biggie bag i ordered about 10 minutes ago after already waiting by the speaker for 20 minutes just to get my order taken. i only suggest you stop here if you need to kill time

Food is hot and fresh !!! The chicken sandwich was amazing ! Also the nice lady at the window fixed my drink order without hesitation when I didn’t like the tea. Thank you Wendy’s !

ok first of all, you’re telling me they close to lobby at 10:00 pm but open till 1? i know we came in later at 9:55 but every other restaurant would take your order no matter what time we came in before 10. then the worker over the intercom has an attitude she takes our order over the intercom. then she tells me that they can’t take more than 2 separate orders at a time? every other fast food restaurant can take more than 2 orders at a time. i know this because ive worked in the food industry. they take a long time at 10 pm considering they close in another 3 hours. food was mediocre at best.

Good food and service, can be a bit tricky getting out onto Schillinger, and overall parking area can be hazardous to navigate.
It was nice for the most part till we received a part of another person's order. While, dining in we opened it without thinking and wrapped it back up. About 5 minutes after they came and took the food. They gave it to the other customer without remaking it even tho it was open. The food was good but questionable cleanliness and food safety.

They don’t know how to read or they’re just lazy. I ordered gravy and biscuits on two separate occasions and they just throw a sausage biscuit in the bag.

Went through drive thru and in the middle of ordering was told to hold on. And that resulted in the lady messing up the whole order. Probably won’t be going back. Due to asking if my order was correct and then lying saying it was. And the fact that onions were on burgers and could have cause a reaction to one of my kids. Big lesson on drive thru accuracy and listening.

Upon placing my order, everything was good. Here is why I am giving the 1 star. I waited nearly 20 minutes to receive my order. I noticed how like 10 burgers are made at once and wrapped just sitting there. The guy even opens them up I guess to make certain each order is bagged correctly. Insane! Here’s a tip…make one complete order, bag it, and place the receipt by it and hand give it to the customer when ready. Do not wait a while then go get the fries and finally take it to the counter. (Hope this tip helps you out.) Another one, sticky floor. By the Coke machine the floor has Coke spilled there and super sticky in that area. Send someone to that area to mop at times. The burger also tasted dry probably from sitting there for so long.
