This particular Wendy's hire some of the most rude and disrespectful people ever, like..where do they find these people??? They do not have the decency to greet you or even thank you for the service. They behave as if you're an inconvenience to them..This has been an ongoing problem! Different employees same unprofessional and disrespectful behavior..There is maybe 2 employees that were professional about 2 months ago.
On Fri August 22 around 9:30 p.m. the female(mixed race lady at the drive thru) handed me my food as if I were trash! I don't care how dressed down I was or if she hates her job..then quit...I blame management for this foolishness! And this is not to tear down the company, but to shed light on their inappropriate behavior...somebody needs to speak up! I'm sure your employees put on a 'good front' when you're present, but show their 'true colors' when no one is watching(lack of integrity)..If I be a liar..hire a few unsuspecting mystery shoppers..Upside is the food is usually pretty good, but the Customer Service is a -100 without exaggerating.

All the employees were very respectful, all gave greetings and thank you's. Burrito was smaller than other locations more bread than eggs, potatoes and bacon. Still tasted aight but was disappointed on that end. Clean inside.

Absolutely horrible. Waited too long for my order, a mobile order at that, for low quality food. No structure, manager working in the back but still going slow, just not organized at all.

I've been addicted to Wendy's fries and chili for over 30 years. But since moving to Mobile all that has changed, their food never is fresh and if it's always over cooked. 3 days in a roll, I've wasted money. U tell them at the drive thru PLEASE MAKE IT FRESH and not burnt. They must be rewarming the fries. The food is always nasty, now they assured me everything is fresh but it wasn't and they're always out of something instead of posting or advertising it before u wait in that long line. They're slow and it's not about too many people in line.. I gave the food to a neighborhood cat he didn't eat it either 😞 My neighbors kid wanted a shake but they didn't have any so we ordered him something else, I bought a fry and drink this was Saturday. It wasn't fresh at all it tasted like water. Got out the truck went in place smells like sewage and soar it was folks sitting in their eating 🤮🤢 The young manager was rude, their finger were dirty. Too many young kids who don't know anything about cooking food, cleaning the facility. The workers were filthy like they had clothes on from 2 days before. The whole place smelled soar. All the food was overcooked, just bc you're getting a deal doesn't mean u have to eat slop. U know when the bags are not hot it ain't fresh. After the young lady swore everything was fresh. The manager made us wait 10 more minutes for fresh fries after they kept continuing to order another order, RUDE....He needs a hair net that looks like his hair was also fed up. Those kids are just their loss. Those kids don't know anything about the history of Wendy's and it pay to drive to Mississippi just to taste some fresh good food.

Get a better morning manager!
Apparently myself or the employee at the counter this morning didn’t know she couldn’t sell chilli until 10:30 ( well this is a lack of training) the employee prepared the chilli , bagged it up , charged me for it then the manager on duty rudely spoke to the employee and told her not to sell it after we already did paid and it was bagged up. Mistakes happen (sell the freaking chlilli) then to top things off the manager didn’t flip over the breakfast screen this morning to show breakfast was being served!! I’m more disappointed at management speaking to other employees under then in a very disrespectful manner in from of customers. You will never keep employees this way. I absolutely would NOT won’t under this woman not even at a chicken coop !!!! Treat others the way you want to be treated!!

Ordered food, they were out of ice,frostys and made us wait for a very long time. Lady got upset when we asked for a refund. She slung our food to one of the servers.

I went in the morning of 7-10-25 and was planning on having a great morning and a breakfast baconator. The attitude of the lady working the drive thru and taking our orders was absolutely appalling. Rolled her eyes at our orders, was not friendly despite my thank you’s and respect. I had also ordered a large lemonade and she gave it to us in a very sarcastic manner, didn’t say a word, and gave us the straws with a very clear “screw you for making me make this for you” look. Girl does not need to be in customer service and needs a reality check. Disgusting attitude. Put a damper on my morning. Not to mention we were the only people in the store and it took 20 minutes for us to get our food give or take. I understand there’s a drive thru, but I’ve worked food before and there’s absolutely no reason my food should have taken that long. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s. Ever again. Could have had 4 breakfast baconators in the time it took them to make me one at the other Wendy’s I’m used to.

Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one ever took my order.
No ice in your drinks multiple weeks in a row. They don’t tell you when you order. Called the store and wanted to tell the owner, worker said “we’ll tell them”. But you don’t tell me when I order???
Waited 10 minutes for my order. It wasn’t busy and one car ahead of me. I get my order- it’s wrong- fries are lukewarm, and taste terrible!!!! Old grease- like should have been changed two days ago, old grease. Just plain nasty tasting.
Burger meat- hard. And half was warm the other half cold.
Does it even matter writing a review on this place?
When you are hungry and options are limited ….. yes it does. What’s worse than being hungry? Pissed off, 10 dollars poorer, and still hungry.
