Given old cold crusty fries. Burger didn't have an ounce of salt in it. Nuggets lukewarm. But these people want $ 15 hour 🙄? I just pulled off and threw the fries out in the parking lot and warmed/salted everything else at home.

That's exactly why bottom of the barrel people work fast food.

This is by far the filthiest Wendy’s I have ever seen. The food was old and cold and took way longer than it should have to get to me. Especially considering there’s about 10 employees and only one other guest at the time of my visit and he was in the drive through. The staff was more concerned about their socializing than serving guest. All I wanted was a cheeseburger, I could care less how much frosty girl paid for her wig and nails and where she got them from. Maybe they should be less concerned about their hair and nails and try a hat, hair net and gloves while preparing others food. Nasty environment, nasty food and nasty staff.

Only one thing it was so hot in there I know it is cold weather but the heat was on a little bit to much me and my husband have heath problems and we had to eat in a hurry and leave an when we get ready to leave we was getting a refill on our drinks and I had to hand my husband my cup to refill mine I had to go head a go out side I was getting sick for getting to hot and I had to use my in inhaler my asthma head started up big time so way it is cold weather an I want to eat Wendy's I I am going to go through the drive through and take it home to eat are I will set in my car and eat it and tell it not cold out there and hot out there where the ace is back on then I set in there a again merry Christmas 🎄

This is the third, and possibly last time I order from this location. Every time I am waiting nearly 30 minutes for a drive through order. Each time I was asked to pull ahead and each time I walked into the store after waiting 15 minutes and found the staff quite rude and full of excuses. Our fries tasted old and were like warm like they had been sitting. My wife’s baked potato was cold and missing the sour cream (kind of an important in a sour cream and chive potato) my son’s side of apple bites was missing, half of our condiments were missing. The burger I ordered tasted good but had so much ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise it was dripping everywhere.

I live close to Wendy’s past it lots of times never seen any cars in the parking lot now I know why a friend of mine went there walked in the service sucked people act like they didn’t want to be there like they had an attitude, got our food and left. we won’t go back

I had a terrible experience here. The customer service was extremely unprofessional from the moment I placed my order. Instead of telling me the ice machine was broken, they tried to hand me a drink with no ice like it was normal. When I asked for a refund, the cashier rolled her eyes and acted annoyed, then went and got the manager. The manager was also careless and even tried to give me back the wrong amount of money for my refund. And looked crazy when I told her she was giving me too much money.

To make things worse, another employee was spraying cleaning chemicals near food, while customers were eating. That is unsafe and unsanitary.

This place needs serious improvement in customer service, honesty, and basic food safety practices. I won’t be returning.

I came in today only 2 people in line and had already ordered. I was the only one there and had to wait 20 mins to just have them take my order. I’ll never come to this location again.

Did not give my husband a receipt or his fries, he walked back inside and they tried to argue with him in order to get what he paid for because he didn't have the receipt he wasn't given. Ordered a taco salad with extra sour cream. Got home, no sour cream, no tomato in my salad, no tortilla chips. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service & horrific personalities.

I pulled up to the speaker & placed my order. I wa stood they were out of ice. So I just asked for my drinks without-no other choice but if I’m getting a combo I’m getting the drink. Pulled around, paid and waited. And waited. When my order was brought to the window & handed to me I asked for ketchup. I received 2 packs of ketchup. I get home & the tea is SOUR! One burger was correct and the other had no cheese on it. It was a double baconator w/ no cheese but otherwise correct. I can’t believe I paid $28 for a meal that really wasn’t great. I was expect more from Wendy’s. Wendy’s is a little more expensive but usually worth it. It just wasn’t worth it today!
