They are always slow. I sat in the drive through waiting to order for about 15 minutes. Get to the order board and was asked to wait before even placing my order. Got my order taken and finally got to the window to pay, only to be asked to pull up in a parking spot and have been waiting 30 minutes! Almost an hour in a drive thru is unexceptable! Even the people behind me are being asked to pull up. They also have had an excessive wait time. Do better Whataburger

Went inside and stood there 30 minutes. They were worried about pick up orders and drive Thur. Standing there and tickets are coming out the machine and they are filling them and not taking orders for customers waiting in line. Poor service and attitudes. Also homeless people sleeping and asking for cups and food. Need new management and some workers.

The absolute worst customer service that I have experienced in my 42 years on this earth. The workers never acknowledged us. It was unpleasant from the moment we entered the restaurant. The tables were filthy. We stood at the counter, waiting to place our orders, for no less than 10 minutes. Everyone kept looking at us and carrying on with their conversations while they stayed in the kitchen, as if whyhow could we have the audacity to come into their store. We eventually just left. I'm originally from Mobile and was home only for 1 day. I will not go back to the Government Blvd location. From now on I'll go to Saralnd. I was highly disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.
