Placed an Online order at 9:15, drive up & they closed 30 minutes prior due to NO STAFF for the night shift.
Please find a way to TURN OFF the ONLINE ORDERING if the store is CLOSING…
Guess now I get to fight to get a REFUND…
I ordered online, went to pick up and locations already was closed at 9:40pm, called to ask for a refund, and a return call in regards to my complaint and 4 days later I still have not heard anything. Called the customer care number a 2nd time and lady said she would request a refund a a return call, u said I would like to someone above the location site, and the customer care lady was useless in this request.
