Ordered from here on the app twice. The first time I let it go since it was jam packed. Ordered 2/05/2025 @ 5:39pm - THE STORE MYSTERIOUSLY GOT HIT WITH MULTIPLE ORDERS AT ONCE AND WE SAT FOR OVER 40min waiting for food. The order consisted of a Patty Melt with regular onions, easy sauce, large fries and drink, a triple with American cheese x3, lettuce, ketchup large fries and large drink. Extra Medium fries. - This order was missing a large fry and a medium Fry.
Second Order 2/15/202 @ 8:21pm (Tonight) - Same order, patty melt no bun, Large fries. Triple make it a large, large fries. Got home and it was a DOUBLE. Only ONE Large FRY.
The order was promptly taken back: We were told the order was placed at 8:13pm and that they where acting like they could not be bothered to remake or fix the order since now by the time of getting the food and getting home the food had gone cold EVEN THOUGH it was WRONG. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF YOUR SCREW UP!

This is the best Whataburger in the Mobile area ,in my opinion, and that's not saying much. But Tillmans Corner whataburger is the worst.

We live in a Whataburgerless state, but we like to got to them when we’re in Alabama. This is our preferred location in Mobile. Food is hot and tasty. Drive through worker was skillful and paid good attention to a complex order and the man at the window was friendly and cheerful and funny, which is always appreciated.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. I ordered the Bob, breakfast on a bun and it was very tasty. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting.
Look I’m not the guy who complains at places. I work at a fast food restaurant and I get the game. But to have a manager bring out the food and see that we had already had one sauce. To reach on our plate and take it away without asking anything. I walk to the counter and ask for it back and he tries to charge me for it when I had already paid for an extra one. Like it’s stupid that I had to pay for another one but I get it but to just take it away without asking anything is moronic. Mangers name was Josh.
Service was very poor coming from a manager the light skinned chubby manager was very rude and loud and the customer waited 15 minutes on one burger I waited 20 on 2 hamburgers I think they should be more professional and not go back in forth with the customer the man told her he asked for to go she screamed to the employees oh he said to go but that’s something he told her and the whole environment was off and beyond waiting so long I’m not imagining it was at least 10 workers but not being used properly discussing outside business is not appropriate be the manager and not the friend…

Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back. If you’re in this area, I suggest you stop by Tilly’s for a drink and a good time (right next door) then have some Whattaburger from this specific one right afterward.
