There was a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and customer service with their drive thru. We visited mid-afternoon on a weekday. We had to pull to the side and wait behind two other vehicles for an extended period of time with no way to leave once we finally received our food. I had almost finished my meal by the time the other cars had pulled away so we could leave. When we tried to ask the girls bringing out the food how we could get out of there they had no clue and walked away. The person who initially took our order was abrupt and failed to speak clearly. She didn’t even give us our total before asking us to pull forward. This location obviously has poor leadership.

Their workers are lost! They don’t know what’s going on. They don’t know how to get an order right and it takes forever to get your food. I would highly recommend not going here

Man I stopped in for a last minute dinner after a trip to OWA and I see why the other location shut its doors in Mobile. The Burgers were terrible. 1st. The order was made wrong. 2. The fries were extremely OLD. 3. My fried pickles were OLD AND HARD AS WOODEN CRACKERS. The waiter was cool but thats it. There was a reason I only ate their one in 2014 and trying this location solidified my decision to never eat their nomatter where its located. The FOOD SUCKS.

came thru the drive thru and got a chicken fajita taco however when i left i noticed that they shorted me on the peppers and there was only 4 peppers total on it, i also got fries that were no salt, but by the time they waited to give them to me they were cold, the lady told me that every store portioned then differently and then refused to remake my taco “because it takes 6 minutes to make it, im not gonna remake it again” and then she tried to tell me i come here every night and complain like no girl i specially haven’t came because ur staff is rude i have a whole voice memo of this girls interaction with me it’s wild, she’s basically wanted me to eat the taco that i already touched and wanted to put everything in the microwave it was completely disrespectful to the customer and i would not recommend this location at all fr it was the black female bigger lady, the one that thinks she some sort of manager, she should really be fired, managers are supposed to just remake the food and not ask questions, this interaction was the worst i’ve dealt with yet, she basically told me i was wrong for bringing back the taco that they messed up in the first place 0/10 reccomend
