Took an hour to get a meal, just one. And the servers were really rude. food was good though definitely not worth waiting an hour annoyed.

Arrived when there was barely anyone here. Food arrived asked for condiments and napkins. Never showed. Stood and waited to ask someone for the items and no one acknowledged me. So far this location could use an improvement on customer care and better team work. Fast food places can be difficult but come on. Could have been better

Placed an online order. Waited in my car for over 15 minutes. Went inside and waited and waited for an actual person. Told them I ordered my food online and she said it would ready soon. So 30 or so minutes later the so called manager came out and wasn't helpful at all. I just wanted a refund at that point and he told me I had to do it online. I left without any food that I paid for. I will never go to whataburger again!

Worst managed location, I understand its fast food which is isn't a tall bar to begin with but this location takes the crown. Dont place an online order otherwise you wont get a refund. Be prepared to wait over an hr , 1st time same on them 2nd time shame on me, just a pitty not much else is open after 9pm.

I'm so done with this dumpster fire of a location. EVERY SINGLE TIME we make an order online, they manage to screw it up. IDK, I guess the next evolution of my relationship with
Whataburger is to start drawing pictures for my order and sending it in. If they can't read words, maybe they can read pictures?
Any business success is directly on management. That being said, this location sucks. New management needed, new employees needed.

Two One

Just like many other reviewers on this location, I love Whataburger, but I was surprised to find this Whataburger virtually empty, no customers in the drive thru and not enough cars in the parking lot to be more than the workers. The girl that addressed me on the drive thru speaker was very dry, to the point it sounded like it annoyed her that I would dare to come there to order food. So I told her that it sounded like she didn't want to be there that day. I guess that was where I messed up. She took my card and gave back my receipt, not a "thank you" to be found and away she went. Then after a few minutes some young boy came over to the window with a bag and suddenly walked away with the bag and came back and asked was my name Jake and gave me the bag. When he closed the window he said something, I didn't hear him so I asked what he said and he got an attitude and said "keep it moving" I said what, and again "keep it moving" So since I was skeptical of the food already, I didn't bother eating it. Now I see why that place was EMPTY when there were lines around Foosacklys, Zaxbys and everywhere else. Management should take note. Y'all got $30 of my money but I assure you won't get another cent. Good night.

When you order a curbside pickup with a time to be there... and you have to wait 30 additional minutes to get your food... and go inside to get it yourself... no, thank you. They didn't have ice in the machine for self-serving customers... and was almost acting mad if you asked a question.

I just now went to Whataburger for lunch. I got a salad. It looks OK. They did not have the dressing the balsamic. They put another dressing in there the thousand island. And it is expired, and the package is filthy. I really would like to return it, but we’re already almost home.
