First time eating at this establishment, I must say the food was very hot and plenty, my only issue was the taste. The macaroni was good but the collard greens lacked seasoning, my knuckle ribs didn't have the smoky flavor it taste like it was cooked in an oven. Some was over cooked. The banana pudding was cool just not for me. But it was cool I will give them another try.

The food was absolutely amazing! The ribs were so tender and fell right off the bone. I only waited a few minutes because I went right at opening. The food was fresh and well-seasoned. The atmosphere was amazing, and the employees were super nice and friendly. You can tell they put love into their food. I would definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10!

👎👎Edit: extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. We came in-person this time instead of delivery because we were excited to see it for ourselves. They gave us a much smaller portion of the egg rolls and a much smaller slice of cake. We paid full price so we expected a full portion. The wings tasted like the oil and the batter wasn't fresh, and the fries and macaroni were bland. We were going to make this our regular spot for lunch but not anymore.👎

Blue Velvet cake 10/10, Rotel egg rolls were great 👍 Wings and the ribs were tasty and cooked well 😋the yams and the chicken/sausage jambalaya was okay but still tasty. if the rotel fries came with a good drizzle of the egg roll sauce on top, it would've been perfect. (The fries themselves did not seem like the best quality though) the peach cobbler was sweet, but was not tasty. Other than that, the food was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly when we called to check on the order. We've been looking for food cooked with effort and intention and this was the only place to satisfy that feeling in all of Mobile. Great job
