It was my first experience at this restaurant location. I want to commend Mya & Caitlin for their excellent customer service, being patient and helpful with the menu options. The both were very knowledgeable and offered suggestions based on my like and taste. These two had me adding items to my order and mouth watering. 😆
Unfortunately, the food quality was subpar, fries were cold , undercooked. The wings lukewarm barely any seasoning, undercooked, coleslaw was old, bread cold. The kitchen staff needs more training.

I ordered the 6 wing combo the wings were very fat not fried hard at all the fries were good the wings were trash not to mention no bread no ranch or any type of dipping sauce it’s a no for me.

I come here a couple times a month and always get the gooey wingfingers bowl. I ordered an extra finger and when I got my order, I had only 2 fingers and there was not many fries at all. I went back through the drive thru and the cashier said she could go get the manager but they are “money hungry” here. I said forget it but I wanted my extra finger. She gave me a finger in a bag with no sauce on it. I’ve never been here and got so little fries. Definitely not worth the money you pay.

Ordered 2 pounds of wings got 12 wings They started skimming and give less Wait 14 oz with sauce will never go back try E-wings or Wingstop or any kind place that just goes by a Count since they don’t know how to use a scale

I go to this location almost every day. They know me by name. They treat me with such great respect and are so nice and friendly. And most important, the food is absolutely amazing. I love all of the food but I have never had grits like theirs, and the lemon dry rub wings are the absolute best. Most wings place over season their lemon pepper wings, but this location nails it every time. I can't say enough about my experience; I have been a customer for the last 4 years.
Their food is always amazing, tried their breakfast for the first time today and they hooked me up and knocked the food out the park again. Not a breakfast guy at all, but that honeyb chicken biscuit slapped my tongue with so much flavor, Guy Fieri himself would be proud.

Since moving to the area 4 years ago and trying Wingfingers, it has become my go to when I’m not home cooking. Both the Fairhope & Mobile restaurant locations are great & easily accessible. Love everything I’ve tried but the wings & breakfast items are my favorite. Also the lemonade (yes, I’ve purchased it but the gallon). I must apologize, being in a foodie group, I should have left a review every time I’ve gone but since I fell short, here are a few of the photos of your delicious foods I’ve enjoyed from this week and in the past. I did want to say, even though I did receive the wrong order last night, it was really good. I ordered my favorite 9 honey bbq wings with a large lemonade but received a hot lips combo (I never order anything spicy thinking it would be too hot for me but when I got home I just squeezed honey over the wings and they were spicy but delicious), and now I can say I tried something spicy and might order them again. Thanks for the dog treat, my dog appreciates them. Thanks again, Missy
