The staff are amazing, there was an elderly lady that was a little confused about the menu and they were kind and patient with her, then, she wandered back into the restaurant when she couldn't find her car, so they helped her find it by using the key remote.

I came yesterday 09/04 around 1:50/2:00 pm and the young lady that was working drive through window was so nice! She was all around 10/10! Super understanding cause my boys was a little loud. Food was GOOD
Inconsistent. Lately the experience at this location has been lackluster. Literally hit or miss and that's not great. I mainly order salads and had to stop getting the grilled chicken because it’s not always cooked through (happened a couple times - I would just stick them in the oven) and my spouse and I felt ill afterwards the last time. Today was worse than ever and I’m debating whether I should stop going altogether. I live close now and used to drive from Semmes because it was that good. I ordered a garden salad, cucumbers were frozen/waterlogged and lettuce was brown. I used to brag about the quality but if I have to keep stepping down my order and making concessions based on lack of quality and possible illness why spend my hard earned money. Beyond disappointed.
