Today I just ordered wingstop from DoorDash, not expecting nothing too special. I paid for extra seasoning on my fries due to their history of barely adding any, only for not only the fries were not seasoned at all, my wings didn’t even have any seasoning. It was more grease than anything.
I’m not too mad, but it’s disappointing to waste money like this and for it to come out this way. Please do better !

I ordered a 8 piece mild and there wasn’t any sauce on them the wings were very greasy . i have a wingstop close to home and this is the worst experience i’ve ever had . they do not even have ketchup and when i asked for a cup of mild sauce the sauce was very diluted overall terrible

I ordered from here for my son and had it delivered to our home. I ordered it at 2:02 with a 43-48 minute and it was delivered at 3:39. The food was COLD and there was hair in his fries. He called them himself to voice a complaint and was told 1) the cold food was not their fault but the drivers and 2) there was nothing they could do about the food and the hair in it. I know for a fact it was not his hair as he is a blonde and this hair was short and black. The lack of care and customer service at this store is unbelievable. We will NEVER be back to this location again.
