Ordered from Wing Stop last night 15 bone in wings 7 Lemon Pepper and 8 Korean Q. I did not open the bag until I made it to my destination. That's when I discovered I had boneless wing which was fine. The problem came in when we tasted the wings and they were awful the wings were not edible. The wings tasted like they had been contaminated with some type of chemical cleaning solution. I called the store this morning to let them know about the wings so that no one else would get a bad batch of those wings. I spoke with a female and she advised that if I did not have the receipt I could not get a refund. I never asked for a refund even though she could have looked it up from my debit card transaction. I was just informing them about the chicken. I asked to speak with the manager and he was not professional at all. He was on the defense assuming that I was requesting a refund. He was not concerned about the chicken he was only concern about the receipt. I advised him that I will just notify the health department. He advised that he did not care who I tell. This was the worse manager conversation I ever witness in my life. This store is going to kill someone with this food contamination.

Worst service ever. Have been here several times hoping it was just a fluke, but each time the staff is rude to customers as if they are mad cause you ordered food from the restaurant. We saw people turn around and leave from the attitude that was seen while ordering. Food is always good just service needs to be addressed.

Had a doordasher sit up here for an hour last night waiting for food,Then tried to get food from here Satuday afternoon at 6pm and the hours show they're open from 10am-1am but they were just closing everything down around 6pm,Food is good when u get it....and the hours need to be updated just because it's labor day Monday shouldn't mean u close throughout the weekend...

Stopped in for lunch with a colleague as we were passing through town. The front staff appeared to be preoccupied when we walked in, as we went greeted on arrival. I was told the food was cooked well and tasted good...as expected.
First time trying Wingstop , definitely not worth it. Very mid. Only thing that was good was the ranch and the drink. Wings are very dry

waiting over 45 minutes for one order that was supposed to be ready in 16-20 minutes. the associates were playing around and no one was working together. lobby was FULL of costumers and just as upset as i was. one gentleman working asked me my name over ten times. this is a very inefficient working team.

They would not give my door dasher the order. Then I came up there and I had a text saying that my food was ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. I come home to realize that they didn’t even put my ranch in the bag. my order was placed at 8:30pm. I’m sitting down to eat my food at midnight with no ranch.
