If I could give 0 stars I would. Never seen a more mismanaged restaurant in my life, took an hour to get our food and we finally just left without the complete order. It was unbelievable.

Yes, the wings are the best I have ever enjoyed. They are crispy and full of flavor. The lemon pepper wings are especially tasty. They have some unusual sides as well. This is a fast food take out place. There is no table dining.
Two things you should know- this store is between Lowe’s and the Aldi on Hall Mills Road and if you know that intersection, you know to be prepared to wait to get out on the road. Second, this store does a considerable amount of takeout business so if you stop in, be prepared to wait. It took me twenty minutes to get my order. The manager needs to prioritize in-store customers. You are sitting there watching eight or ten bags waiting for people to appear while you are sitting there waiting for your order to appear. I’m not saying but all in- store customers first, just get a flow so the wait time in a two seat waiting area isn’t too long.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The food is the only reason I stuck it out. We ordered at 7:38pm and I walked in to pick it up at 7:55pm to grab the order. I tell the guy the name it’s under and he walks around and comes back to tell me there’s no order under that name, I show him the screenshot of the order on my phone and then proceeds to tell me that there was two people by that name and they gave out the wrong one name but how’s that possible if you said you didn’t see that name on any orders. He writes my order down and tell me it’ll be 18 mins. At this point it’s been almost 30 mins since I’ve placed my order. They didn’t even offer anything for inconvenience or even apologize. The “manager” just stood there cluelessly and was not even close to being professional about the situation. Just straight up told me “ I can make the food cook any faster”. There was a couple people there with the same problem waiting over 30 mins. Even a door dash worker had been waiting forever on her customers order. Only reason I waited it out was because the food is really good. Leaving this review won’t do anything but hopefully they will take their interviews serious when picking candidates.

Okay… receipt “ 6-piece boneless…. Great I had to clarify to someone face to face I wanted traditional classic 3 times and they still didn’t get it.

I placed my order online which said 16-21 minutes, it took 35 minutes and the young man at the counter knew I was there waiting and let my food sit on the pickup rack and didn’t bother to let me know it was ready, the food was cold.
We like the Hawaiian wings and there fries are so good.

Prices are going up and food is getting to be horrible. I ordered the 5pc corn and had a 16-21 minute wait time and when I got the corn it was COLD, didn’t have my ranch in bag that I paid 1.29 for, thankfully I looked in the bag before I left the parking lot. Very disappointed in this visit.

This place has the absolute longs wait time I have ever endured. If you place an order and wait 30 minutes you still have to wait an additional 30 minutes once you arrive. I order a 6pc wing combo of course they messed up the order but I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a simple combo. I have visited this place twice and each time there is always an employee that’s on their phone. I believe they need a strong manager to oversee the sight because this experience makes me want to never visit this place again the only saving grace is that the food is pretty tasty. However, the long wait time overshadows the entire experience.
