Ok found this place on Yelp since I was looking for an alternative to Starbucks and I'm so glad I've decided to give them a try. The place it's Alice in Wonderland themed and if you are a fan of it you better go and check it out. After looking at their menu I decided to ask for one of the fancy drinks I took the Cheshire Drink and it was really good the service was fantastic. Might be a bit pricey but it's worth it. They also have some good available which I can't wait to sample next time. Would recommend it for sure. It's always good to see places like this.

This was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I arrived at the restaurant this afternoon and waited 10 minutes to be seated. The server/hostess never acknowledged me and my family standing there waiting to be seated. The server did see us but never came to welcome us and seat us so we left very disappointed.

Food was delicious and presentation was nice. We got tea service for two but it was way more than we needed. We ordered small plates at lunch and the portion size was perfect. Service was good, maybe a little slow but it was busy when we came in so not unexpected. Overall great experience and I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time here!!!!!! The waitress was super friendly and took her time to explain everything to us. Our food was delicious! We will be back very soon to try more goodies! I LOVED the popcorn given to us as we sat down; different than your typical bread basket. The tables and decor were top notch. I would suggest making sure the heater is turned on before guest start to arrive. We got there at 11 am and it was freezing. The thermostat said it was 59 degrees in the cafe; we wrapped up in blankets as we ate. I would also suggest the staff get there earlier. We were waiting at the door for someone to arrive. The waitress arrived after we did. None of this changed our experience. We had a great time and will be back.

This is my favorite place to eat in Mobile! The atmosphere is so wonderful and the food and treats are even better! It's like a dream being in there. I recommend the queen of hearts! Love this place!! Service is awesome also!

Despite everything negative I've seen on Facebook & Google Reviews my daughter has been wanting to go to this Alice In Wonderland inspired cafe for weeks. I thought today was the perfect opportunity to give it a try so I decided to take her. Seems all the negative things being said about this quaint little cafe are true at least from what I saw today. Untrained staff, slow service, overpriced food & an owner who is not so very nice to her staff at all. After hearing how she was talking to her staff I'm honestly shocked she still has people working for her. Never have I seen a restaurant staff talked down to so terribly like they were doing everything wrong but you could tell they were trying their absolute best. Drinks are way to sweet and sugary, food is way under par for what they claim it to be & honestly you could have a better experience literally anywhere. I felt like i was on episode of Kitchen Nightmares or What Would You Do? based on the way the owner was treating her employees. Shame on her I will not be supporting this business and urge our local community to do the same.
I loved this place the service was amazing and the waiter was so patient and nice to us the prices were reasonable a little on the higher side but the food is amazing so it's worth it now when we went I went with my sister because my parents could never go because the hours are just so short I wanna take my family here because I know they would love it.

I have been to this whimsical cafe twice and both experiences were excellent! The service is a little slow, but as long as you know that going into it - you'll appreciate how much hard work, Art, and effort is put into every single dish they bring out. The flavor in the food is amazing and unique and everything is Instagram worthy. The detail put into the decor is fantastic, but be warned the venue is a little small. Though it is small, it creates an intimate and cozy experience you won't find at a typical restaurant. The service is a little disheveled but that isn't to say the servers don't have a lot of heart! Everyone just seems a little green, but you can tell they truly want to please the guests. I will visit this cafe every time I'm in town because the concept is so fun and there are many items to try on the menus. I hope they continue to grow and perfect their craft because this is a gem you would typically find in a much larger city and I'm so happy it has found itself nestled in Mobile!

Wonderland Cafe should be very proud for offering something totally unique in their area. This is a very welcoming and family friendly establishment (also ideal for a date or solo treat-yourself) and food wise you get what you pay for. It's a simple menu prepared fresh and plated and served with a lot of love. The drinks are decadent! The staff are friendly and attentive. It's a small space and the staff stays busy so go ready to have a good time and soak up all of the adorable details while you wait.
