I love Zaxbys, but they have changed how they process the grilled chicken. I talked to an employee she could not answer my question? Then talked to manager she could not answer questions. She didn't know the processing since they come in like that already. Their should be ingredients listed on packaging. I felt like was having heart attack. Thank God, I had my nitro pills. Biggest regret, both people talked to seemed like didn't care.

The nice man at the counter was so nice and patient with us. It was our first time eating at a Zaxby's and he was so helpful.

Good place to eat

So today, I have decided to do a review on Zaxby's. I have been to this fast food restaurant several times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but nothing's changed after the three recent visits. So, every time I come here my food is never fresh and always cold! Let's not mention the one time that I came and a fly was locked inside my salad tray and I had to bring it back. Nope, I did not want another one, just a refund! So today I was offered the lemon pepper wings that are new on the menu and I'm assuming because they may sell a lot of them, they are pre-fried and not cooked to order, so they were cold, dried out, and old till the bones were turning dark beneath the meat. I often come because of the crinkle seasoned fries and the loaded fries but that's the end of that as they were hard and cold also. I actually should have stopped coming because anytime i have to heat my food up again, that's was a warning! . Zaxby's you have to do better!!!

Jared J took my order. He was very nice and patient, considering how busy they were. The restroom was clean, and a young lady was constantly wiping down tables and chairs. This was my 2nd time to eat here, and I haven't been disappointed. I loved the Christian music playing while I was eating.

Rude Service...Got 1 less chicken crappy old finger than ordered... Asked for extra crispy fries as normal, and was told could not do anymore.
