Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

So today, I have decided to do a review on Zaxby's. I have been to this fast food restaurant several times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but nothing's changed after the three recent visits. So, every time I come here my food is never fresh and always cold! Let's not mention the one time that I came and a fly was locked inside my salad tray and I had to bring it back. Nope, I did not want another one, just a refund! So today I was offered the lemon pepper wings that are new on the menu and I'm assuming because they may sell a lot of them, they are pre-fried and not cooked to order, so they were cold, dried out, and old till the bones were turning dark beneath the meat. I often come because of the crinkle seasoned fries and the loaded fries but that's the end of that as they were hard and cold also. I actually should have stopped coming because anytime i have to heat my food up again, that's was a warning! . Zaxby's you have to do better!!!

Jared J took my order. He was very nice and patient, considering how busy they were. The restroom was clean, and a young lady was constantly wiping down tables and chairs. This was my 2nd time to eat here, and I haven't been disappointed. I loved the Christian music playing while I was eating.

Rude Service...Got 1 less chicken crappy old finger than ordered... Asked for extra crispy fries as normal, and was told could not do anymore.

Food was okay order the 20 piece later at the counter only gave me two sauces said I had to pay for more one sauce per 10 wings mind you I spent over $40!

The staff is always nice but the food is not consistent. Early in the day the wings are nice and dripping with sauce. In the evening the wings are dry and too chewy.

Restaurant isn't properly maintained. Tables were dirty with debris under them and most of the tables and seats hadn't been wiped down for a while.
Wanted a good, fresh salad, but that's not what I got. Ended up picking about half the salad, cucumbers, and stale fried thingy's out. Salad wasn't cold and most of it was wilted and brown. The cucumbers had been out for a while as well. Severely disappointed, as most Zaxby's are usually on top of their food quality and dining area cleanliness.
