Tried to use your drive thru, we were told one second when we got to voice box, which is okay if that’s what it was but after a good few minutes and no response I said inquisitively “hello?” Not rudely did I speak, but how the young lady responded made me leave” like I said one second” in just a rude tone it is 12:57 on 08/03/2025 and honestly who ever was behind that voice box learn you will catch more with honey then you do vinegar, in hopes your management can better correct you. To finally add as we pulled around no one at window and you lot not very busy is just wrong knowing how I was responded to

This is the most unprofessional place and I will never eat there again. My daughter just found an earring in her food. Called to complain and spoke to the Manager Miranda . She is Very unprofessional. She yelled out “who got a diamond earring in there ear? ” Then tried to tell me that it didn’t come from her staff like I was just making it up. Told me to bring it back with the earring in it and she will replace it. I don’t want anything else from your establishment. Count your days 😡😡😡😡😡

On September 14th 2024 I purchased $48.32 worth of food at this location from the drive-thru.
I drove across town and took the food home. When I got home I ate my chicken sandwich and salad, the 20 traditional wings with wimpy sauce was for my wife.
Later that evening my wife informed me there was no wimpy sauce on the wings they were completely plain.
I called the Zaxby's and spoke to the manager. She said bring the food back and she would take care of the situation for me I said I live a good distance from you I am across town and will not be able to do that but I can bring it back tomorrow, she agreed and said yes bring it back tomorrow and I will take care of it for you.
The next day September 15th I brought it back opend the box to show her that the wings did not have sauce on them and she said I cannot help you because some of the wings have been eaten . Well I said I don't think you can reuse those wings anyway. I said the product is incorrect there is no sauce she said I cannot help you, I said thank you and left without arguing with her.
I went to the other location at schillinger road told the manager there about the situation I showed him the receipt I said the wings are in the car would you like to see them he said no sir. He apologized on behalf of Zaxby's of the treatment I received from 6551 airport boulevard. He replaced everything on the ticket and asked if I would like to have a drink while I waited for the food.
When he gave me the food I thanked him and told him he went beyond the call of duty and I appreciated his help and that I would be doing business with him at his location from now on , I told him I purchase food from Zaxby's 2 to 3 times a month and look forward to doing business with him in the future.
A district manager was supposed to call me but for some reason has not.
I need to talk to him and explain there is something wrong at this location a co-worker told me he had a bad experience with his family
at this location dining in, the manager refused to correct a problem with their food and the employees laughed at them as they exited the restaurant.
