I got a 15 percent discount for being old. I appreciate that. I didn't know they had a discount. Staff was friendly and worked pretty fast considering it was at the height of lunch and they were popping out a lot of orders fast.

I order online always, get greeted by the staff,and they have recognized me and handed my food quickly! Gaye is a super helpful employee, always service with a smile!

The lemon pepper tenders are so good I had them for the first time and I love how deceit is embedded into the breading of the tender

The food was amazing but the costumer services was just not good today usually I have a good experience but today I felt rushed by the server named Alexander she forgot my napkins and sauce and was very rude when I asked for some saying I had to pay when I didn’t get it in the first place. Very disappointed zaxbys DO BETTER!!

Food was cold asked for remake. Young lady started to complain to coworker saying I ate out of it. Um yes I ate two fries that's how I know it was cold. Guy in kitchen started saying something smart. I asked for a refund and whole counter crew started talking unamong themselves saying could believe I asked for refund. I will not spend my money on something I'm not satisfied with. I will not be coming to this location (6500 Cottage Hill Rd Mobile Al 36695) again I will continue to go on airport where I usually go two or more times a week

Any time I order curbside it takes half an hour before I end up walking in to the food being just left there ready to be taken out.

I came here 2 days ago, and my order was quite messed up. But their management helped correct the issues. They comped our meal and gave a refund, and apologized for the mistake. The remade food was fantastic. Hot, well cooked, nothing burnt, and everything seasoned perfectly. I am so glad they were so helpful and willing to fix the issues.

We went in about 30 minutes before close and service was completely awful. We had our food messed up and burnt. No sauce was added to nibblers, no seasoning on fries, toast was burnt, food was just thrown in the box, no extra fries, sauce tasted and looked old like it was left out. Food very dry, flavorless, cold, and overcooked I understand coming in before close but an ordered messed up to this extent is insane. Paying 22$ poor quality of food is not worth it!

The chicken, bacon, ranch loaded fry is worth every calorie!!

The service has gone down so quickly that they can't a simple order correctly then get an attitude when customer asked for their money back because of their error...Done with this establishment...How can something so simple be so complex????

Every time we go & pay for spicy Zax sauce they literally never give it to us. Also, food items are also left out & we have to go back. My son just ordered two meals & got home & his entire nibblerz meal was missing & he had to drive all the way back up. No one answers the phone there either!

After being told in the Drive-Thru that we could not separate orders, I may have been a little aggravated when I entered the dining room. However, we were greeted with the beautiful smile from Adashia. She gave us the best customer service and made us forget about our aggrevation in the Drive-Thru. #TeamAdashia
