Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The service has gone down so quickly that they can't a simple order correctly then get an attitude when customer asked for their money back because of their error...Done with this establishment...How can something so simple be so complex????

Chicken Bacon Ranch fries😋yummmm we dug right In! No Pic! That Bacon🤌was no joke, it is so good and big pieces 😍just stopped for a snack and a drink! Delicious every time😃🥰

Every time we go & pay for spicy Zax sauce they literally never give it to us. Also, food items are also left out & we have to go back. My son just ordered two meals & got home & his entire nibblerz meal was missing & he had to drive all the way back up. No one answers the phone there either!

After being told in the Drive-Thru that we could not separate orders, I may have been a little aggravated when I entered the dining room. However, we were greeted with the beautiful smile from Adashia. She gave us the best customer service and made us forget about our aggrevation in the Drive-Thru. #TeamAdashia

Waited a while in the drive thru for wings that had no sauce and were cold. Fried cheesecake bite were actually terrible too.

Food took forever! The cashier was trying so hard it just was rough. The store seemed dark and unwelcoming.

Food was hot and accurate ( but ). Slightly high price wise but good food. Specifically ask for barbecue sauce and ketchup I literally got one container of barbecue sauce with a $20 order..no ketchup ?

Wife had the Zax snack meal she enjoyed it. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, was ok, needed more buffalo sauce. So if order it and like a lot of buffalo sauce you will need to order a side order. Soft drinks dispensed from of the led screen machines, I am not of fan of them. I always select my drink let it run a second before filling my cup.

I would like to understand why if I order online I can get 1 sauce per meal, however when I go to the drive thru the lady said I get zero sauces and I have to pay for the sauces??? What's the difference?

Love zaxby's and all, but here lately, every time I come to this location, I get sick afterward, and the wife says the same thing. Hope this changes in the future. Cause I like zaxby's and would hate to be put off from it.
