The southwest salad and peach tea were particularly enjoyed by one of the reviewers, who found a great refreshing salad. The drive-thru service was quick, and the 5 finger plate was up to Zaxby's standards, being crispy and well-seasoned. The fries and toast were as expected, and the funnel cake, although not a regular item, was a pleasant addition to the meal. This location is definitely the best one, offering a perfect experience. The Fried Chicken Philly was seasoned just right, and grilled to perfection, with juicy, crisp, and quite tasty chicken. The fries were also cooked and seasoned to perfection. However, the remodeled atmosphere isn't the same, and the service can be hit or miss, with distracted teenagers. Orders can be wrong and not corrected very quickly. The Freestyle soda machine was noted to be dirty, with sticky spills on the white backsplash and a puddle on the floor. The sauce portion was considered insufficient for the number of chicken fingers. Overall, the experience can be ordinary, with nothing to complain about except for the soda machine and sauce. The parking lot is large, and there is a kids menu with food kids like. It also has wheelchair accessibility with a ramp and handicap parking.
