Chicken tonight was dry, cold and chewy. Sat too long under the heat lamp or was fried in old oil. It was not fresh.

Horrible service! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! The female manager is completely rude and not helpful at all. Family drove 20 min to eat here for the food the be cold, made incorrectly and when asked to get our money back she REFUSED! Then proceeded to basically call me a liar when I said my food was cold.

The restaurant was a letdown based on the tv commercials. The facilitie was dirty, and the employees acted as if they were inconvenienced by having to do the job they were being paid to perform.

Got my order wrong, corrected it, but not very quickly. Manager had to hurry the employee up to get my order correctly given to me quicker than he was moving.

The quality has dropped like a rock..they still charge you a lot but now you get it in a doggie plate to eat like a dumb dog instead of the nice big plates they had..I guess they save money on washing the plates and on smaller portions ..but they lost my business..So that's it ..I hate gready sleepy crooked businesses

The managers are always just hateful and have a horrible mean look on there face. It seems like anytime I order a meal it's half way done decently and I don't get but maybe 15 fries with a large meal. I prefer this over foosacklys but at this rate I don't wanna waste anymore money getting less food and lower quality than foosacklys. It seems the management has went downhill here.
