We are from Texas and it was our first time ever trying it so we stopped in Alabama and it was the best service we have ever experienced. They even gave us a discount for our first time and gave our 11 month old baby some candy. 10/10 best service and Most respectful people I’ve ever met at a food place.

Used the drive thru, it was quick and easy. I had order the chicken finger plate. It was hot and ready once picked up, very tasty and fresh.

The girl Alaina was so helpful and sweet. I can tell she was a bit sick but she pulls through and worked hard. Me and family enjoyed our food and the time.

Why would you offer curbside pickup if I have to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes? Only to come inside and find my order has been sitting on the mobile pick up counter the entire time. The staff and customer service at this location are both despicable. I had no clue that you could be under qualified for a fast food restaurant but you guys keep surprising me.

They've remodeled, the atmosphere just isn't the same. The food is still decent. The service is ehh, it's hit and miss if your gonna get good service or bare minimum service from a distracted teenager.
Spend your money with someone who wants your money. These people could care less about customer service. The lack of character in this staff is almost unheard of. I’m not asking for a lot, just a simple smooth transaction with some form of human interaction. I now understand why company’s like this are moving more so to “self serve” options. If you’re looking for rude staff and over priced food then this place is for you!
