Great food but are hair nets & hygiene a thing of the past now? Eating in the back wearing gloves then making food with the same gloves? Gross.
They are always nice and patient. And the food is ready in a timely matter
I was shorted and item on my order that was delivered. I drove up there to get it and waited nearly 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Once o explain the issue the Assistant Manager refused to give me the item. He said it was not there problem once the order leaves the store. He said I couldn't prove that it wasn't picked up and I told he couldn't prove that it was. He acted like it was coming out his check. I am now out the money and the item. I eat at Zaxbys at least twice a week. The service at this store has been subpar my last couple of trips. I won't be back to any location because I'm not going to support a place thay basically calls me a liar and refuses to give me what I paid for.
The girl with the long black wig in a ponytail and glasses was extremely rude to me.
Today for lunch, I visited my local Zaxby's. It was VERT disappointing. I knew the regular manager was not in. First of all, there was NO energy when we entered the buildung. I ordered my food and stood to wait for it. I waited and I waited. I noticed several bage accumulating o. The counter. I thought surely one of those couldnt be mine. But when one of the associates started checking the tickets and callings names, the first she called was my sister's. Then mine. I accepted both bags of food and proceeded to our table. Upon opening my food, it just didn't look appetizing. Naturally, I go to the fries first. They were hard, not even warm. I was immediately done after having paid $17 for my lunch. I take the fries back to the counter. An associate tells the kitchen staff that I wanted the fries replaces. And I'm told it would be 4 minutes. My reaping was I've waited more than 4 minutes for those fries and they weren't hot. So I go back to t table and wait more. I aye my chicken and waited. I drank of my tea and I waited. So I finished my food ND still no fries. By now it's Been at lest 20 minutes. So I'm over it. I want a refund. When I get to the counter, the kitchen staff is pumping food out. But my fries were not in site. The kitchen staff ses me at the counter. It was obvious she had prepared the fries and had them just sitting. So the lady just grabs the box and sits it in the window of the counter like I'm supposed th accept it and eat it. 4 minute fries 20 minutes later???? I don't think so. I said no ma'am. I'm done with my food, there are no fries for more than 20 minutes. I only want a refund. Sha barely apoligizes.apologizes. she asked me if I wanted it to go to the car or if I wanted card. I said back to the card. And she refunde my card.
Absolutely insane having to spend $14 on 10 wings, $2 on slaw, and $3 on a drink. That’s nearly $20 for just wings, slaw, and a drink. No side. You wanna know why this dining room is empty? Because of your insane prices. Won’t be back.

Customer service in The evening time is awful! This is the second time I have decided to go to Schillinger Road location and both times . I have been made to worry if they are messing with my food. The young lady and young man last night were rude as they come. I felt very uncomfortable. The young lady definitely should find another job if she hates to be there so much she has to be rude to paying customers. The young man was not as bad but I will not be back to that location.

On September 15th 2024 I went to this location to talk to the manager about the treatment I received from another location 6551 airport boulevard. On September 14th at 4:30 p.m. 6551 airport boulevard I purchased $48.32 worth of food.
The 20 piece traditional wings did not have any wimpy sauce on them, completely plain. I called the manager at the airport boulevard location that evening and she said bring back the food and I said well I live across town cannot do so tonight. She said bring it back the next day so that is what I did. Without my knowledge my wife had eaten some of the wings and the manager said she cannot do anything for me because some of the wings had been eaten. I told her I doubt she would be able to resell the wings even if they were not eaten.
She told me she could not help me at all because some of the food was eaten. So I did not argue with her I just left and said thank you.
I explained this to the manager at this location on schillinger road.
He was understanding and apologized on behalf of Zaxby's.
I told him me and my wife eat at Zaxby's 2 to 3 times a month.
He looked at the ticket and saw everything that I had purchased and made me everything that was on the ticket and offered me a drink while I waited.
He went beyond the call of duty to help me and apologized for the inconsiderate treatment at the other location 6551 airport boulevard.

I am waiting on a phone call from the district manager about the situation.
I am eager to talk with him or her about Zaxby's policies and why their managers are so different on how they treat customers. Today is September 22nd I am surprised that the district manager has not called me yet. I also want to inform him a coworker told me that he and his family had a problem also at the 6551 airport boulevard location dining in.
The manager would not correct a problem with their food and the employees laughed at them as they exited the restaurant.

I went through the drive through last night. We sat there for quite a while.
The food was pretty good, but the fries had a bit too much salt on them. Also, my kid didn't get very many fries!

My order was from inside the store.. for some reason it was bagged to go .. no problem .. I simply sat to eat .. no napkins in the bag .. why a to go order with no napkins?? .. had to ask for napkins because they are not available without asking.
