Went there today for the first time and was not happy. I got the Conecuh Sausage one and they didn't even fry the sausage. They just heated it up very little and the potato was burnt on the bottom but the inside was.cold.

The food was good. There were large portions. So many toppings to choose from for your potato. They also have sandwiches if you aren't in the mood for potatoes. Service is like fast food. You order at the counter and then they bring it to the table. Staff is friendly. They have cute picnic tables to sit at to eat. Atmosphere is relax and very casual. Limited hours. .

Today my husband, uncle, and myself enjoyed a nice meal at Big Potato Company. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed potatoes and BBQ sandwiches, then topped the meal off with delicious ice cream.

Would give 5 stars, because the potatoes are huge and taste amazing. Make sure you don't need to make any swaps on your sauces, butter, sour cream. You still have to pay an additional price, even if you ask to swap the sauce listed. Make it make sense! Also, the times listed on here are inaccurate.
Very little meat on the BBQ pork and buffalo chicken potatoes (estimate half of what would be on a typical sandwich). Upcharge for cheese was $1.99 and only received a mere sprinkling on top (should have been free for that little amount). Not worth the $30+ paid for lunch for only 2 people. Service also could be better as it seemed cashier didn’t want to be there. Had high hopes for this place based on prior reviews, but very disappointing.
