I often choose delivery for its convenience, allowing me to enjoy my morning with McDonald’s. Unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. My order was incorrect—I received a sausage McGriddle instead of the sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle I ordered. Additionally, there was no butter for the Hotcakes, no straw, no ketchup, and both hash browns were missing.
When I went to the restaurant to address the issue, the staff member on duty corrected my order. However, when I got home, I discovered that the hash browns were not prepared properly—they were greasy and undercooked. I returned to the restaurant again, and while the issue was resolved, the employee made a public comment to the staff about ensuring the hash browns were done correctly to avoid me returning.
This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional—it came across as a way to bully or mock me for addressing their mistake. This situation highlights a lack of attention to detail and a need for stronger leadership and accountability. Mistakes happen, but the focus should be on excellence, accuracy, and treating customers with respect. I hope the management will address these issues and work toward providing a better customer experience in the future.

My wife and two grandboys visited this McDonald's on 06/29/2024 for lunch. The boys had intended to play in the kid area but the staff made them uncomfortable. The staff was loud, unprofessional and verbally profane. They left the restaurant as soon as possible.
They usually don't have their coffee. Are there French vanilla Lattes. The hamburgers and french fries are okay

Stop by this McDonald's @2:00 and the Young man that was at the front cash register was on the phone while I was paying gor my food and then he did not give me my correct change back and as we was waiting on our food he got back on the phone and had customers coming back with the wrong orders.mrs Charlotte was real nice
