The food was really good,best I've had at Mcdonalds in a long time.the wait was a little longer than most McDonald's I've been to but not to bad for the amount of people ordering inside and the drive through . Restaurant looked pretty clean. The staff was friendly and was working as fast as they could to get orders out. I did see a few people get upset that at the counter they couldn't use a card it was cash only due to the card readers being out and they didn't want to use the kiosk that were available, they may have those fixed by now.

The place is a disaster. No carbonated drinks for like the third time in a month. Asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. Which wasn't a mistake since they're sweeting the drinks with packets at the second windows. Dont bother placing a mobile curbside order because you'll never get it. So many people pulling out of the line because of excessive wait times and even going inside wont make it any faster. It's a pity this is one of the few places monroeville has.

Every time my family decides to visit this McDonald’s location, there’s always something missing. They always always forget the condiments and chicken nuggets. The service is good in the mornings, but the evening service is subpar. I order on the app to help with drive through times and I’m left sitting in a curbside space for 30 minutes.

Don't bother placing a mobile order unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for your food, and that's if you even get it in the end.

I feel bad for the few employees that seemed to be trying to actually work. It seemed like most of them couldn't be bothered.

I placed a mobile order in the parking lot and went into use the restroom. When I came out, I expected my food as they were not busy. There was two people in front of me. No one came to the register to see if I wanted to place an order. I watched 2 workers in street clothes walk past me and I to the kitchen. They didn't acknowledge any customers. An employee walked to the register to get ketchup for an order and still didn't ask if I needed to place an order or acknowledge me.

I watched one employee filling bags move like she had all day. A new customer walked in and after a minute asked me if anyone was taking orders. I told her I hadn't seen one yet.

I could see my ticket number on the bag when they put the fries in and my tea was ready. I still had to wait. I had a simple order of nuggets, fries and tea.
I waited over 15 minutes for my food from the time I placed my order. Of course, my fries were barely warm when I got to eat them in the car.

McDonald's is not my first choice of places to eat. I was in a small town and there wasn't many options. This didn't improve my opinion.

No one thanked me for my order or apologized for the delay.

Horrible customer service. I did a mobile order and they literally never brought my food out. I ended up leaving after 45 minutes. When I called them, they told me they do not do refunds and I had to drive back to Alabama to get my food. What a joke…

this place.. I can't even describe.
it was more depressing than my hamsters funeral service.. 😞. I wish I was joking. food was a solid 2, I've ate better pieces of play dough ( the blue flavour is best!). never going here again.. waste of trip to America for the weekend

Waited i drive thru 27 minutes ordered nuggets and sauce saw the sauce on menu when i finnaly got to window no sauce got the girl to open window asked for sauce she said its in there i said dont look away emptied bag in front of her and no sauce she gave me 1 pack for a 20 piece i actually worked at mcdonalds in high school and management was stricter and better you didnt call people liars and you took complaints happily so mistakes could be corrected i blame girl. At the window and urine poor management difference in kids now and back then

Service slow,, teenager working are rude. The food is not what it use to be. Here's an update! Please check your personal accounts, if u use debit or credit at McDonald's. I can't be for sure was it a McDonald's workers or the bank (a teller). My card was used on an app, they made sure to keep each purchase under $30. These days u have to watch them ALL! The bank as well as these companies. The bank knows it's not worth challenging . If you have cash, it's best to use cash at McDonald's.
