Rude Staff , Terrible Customer Service , Staff Bringing Kids To Work With Them While On The Clock And Kid Just Running Free In Workplace And Climbing On Tables And Customers While Customers Coming In And Out To Order , Food Taste Horrible And Cold , Managers Not Doing Their Job, Cooks Dropping Food On Floor, Staff Locking Doors And Turning Lights Off Early Inside So They Wont Have To Deal With Customers At A Certain Time , This Location Just Needs To Be Closed Or Hire A New Crew With Actual Real Managers & People “ Not Kids Or Kid Like Adults “ That Want To Work ..

It was disgusting filled with grease. Threw the second Pepperoni pizza away. The breadsticks were sitting cooked for hours. We was only in the area to get away from the storm. Haven't had pizza hut in years, it will be years again.

Ordered cinnamon sticks and wasn’t told about the icing being discontinued until I had to drive back and ask about it. Didn’t offer any substitutes for the icing. Manager was very rude and the cashier at the window was very unknowledgeable.

Showed up at 11. No buffet pizza out until 11:20. Half a restaurant full of people waiting. Never told us that the salad bar was down. Brought me out a sad wilted lettuce side salad, after I asked, and with major attitude. Sprite was straight carbonated water. Attitude when asked for another drink.This location has gone way downhill. $14 per person for pure disappointment. I will not eat inside again. Pick up only.
Waited over 40 minutes on food that was ready for pickup supposedly on the app that I paid over $30 for only for the manager to ask did o want a drink.

Right down hill...like a snowball headed for he//.... Rude employees...out of maybe 6 working tonight one smiled and said something nice. Ordered online...went to pick it up it 20 minutes from my house its alway ready when I get there. So when there are more than one car in line I just go inside its always ready.....well tonight I went in...held the door open for a young lady employee bringing in bags of ice....did I get a thankyou??...lmao...nope...no big deal...I still hold doors for people anyway...I stand at the counter probably 5 minutes while not one person acknowledged me standing there...there's atleast 6 people working here...my food was already paid for all ya gotta do is hand it to me....I even added a tip....get home.. Its not even good...pizza undercooked..and my cheese bread had cinnamon on half of it....I did not order cinnamon..I ordered Garlic cheese bread....looks like I will be going to pappa johns....A few months ago I loved this place...not so much now...

I came in to order two pizzas and the lady that was working the register was very rude and after ordering she asked me if I was going to give her a tip for whatever reason. I know that she shouldn't have been rude in the first place. Oh yah her name was Courtney.
Pizza Hut is not paying the $4.49 delivery charge to DoorDash drivers. They will only pay $3.13 for a pizza delivery if using DoorDash. All customers need to check their receipts.
