Its hit or miss. Especially if you get the wrong cook on duty that day. It has its fair share of good days though. With the right cook you can have an amazing burger. Others however? You'll be eating charred burnt crap. Employees are so so but I can't really rate their service. It's a fast food establishment and so many kids are coming in and out of its workforce. So your service on a worker level will also be random. I don't know how some manage to give attitude by simply handing me my meal but they do. But hey, as long a the crap is edible.

It's great if you like cold and greasy. I could use the fries for shoelaces. It took almost as long for them to figure out whether I had paid my tab as it did to get my order ready. Thus the cold nasty food. This Sonic sucks. Don't waste your money unless you're just in the mood to argue with a moron. If that's your goal then you're at the right place.

AWFUL SERVICE. I’m a local and I’ve placed several orders through the app and the employees ignore it every single time. I’ve waited over 30 mins for a simple drink. By the time I got it the ice was half melted and the employees couldn’t care less.

The worst service ever! I ordered one drink through the app and selected ASAP for pick up. I arrived 6 minutes after placing the order. I waited over 20 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering in the app & selecting ASAP if the order isn’t ready?After waiting, I let someone know I was there to pick up an app order. They lied & said the order was coming but never showed up. I end up leaving without my order. This is not the first time I had issues at this sonic. The service is poor. The workers are rude.
The people waiting on you are some of the worst!!! The girl who took my order had the worst attitude. You couldn't understand what she was saying and when you asked a question, she got an even worse attitude. I won't be back.

The issue here is the workers. Every time I've gone there are few cars and it takes them 30 minutes to make me a WATER with strawberries and lemons. Workers are usually on their personal phone hanging out or talking to "friends" in the parking lot. Past two times I've been there they say they have no ICE CREAM....don't go here. Service is horrible. Management is horrible. Get rid of the workers
