Its hit or miss. Especially if you get the wrong cook on duty that day. It has its fair share of good days though. With the right cook you can have an amazing burger. Others however? You'll be eating charred burnt crap. Employees are so so but I can't really rate their service. It's a fast food establishment and so many kids are coming in and out of its workforce. Everything at Sonic was nice except the fact I had not eaten all day and asked could I have my food cooked hot, well it came out very fast and I knew it couldn't have been cooked hot and it was warm. I was very disappointed and haven't been back. I will give them another chance later on.
