I got the lunch portion of the honey shrimp and the 7 shrimp that came out where HUGE. The hot and sour soup was tasty and lived up to its name. The service was great. The food came out quickly and my drink was refilled before it even needed it. I definitely recommend China Mix.

China Mix Chinese and Japanese offers great service and delicious food. The honey shrimp comes in huge portions, and the hot and sour soup is tasty and the best ever had. The staff is extremely nice, and the food is served quickly and kept fresh. The restaurant is clean, and the taste is full of flavor. It is very affordable, with great prices for the amount of food, like 3 enchiladas for under $9. The freshest Chinese food around town, and the owner worked at Stix in Hoover for 25 years. Highly recommended, and a definite go-to place.
