My husband and I stopped by here on 3/7 Friday afternoon. There was no one in the restaurant, but it was in between lunch and dinner. We were still super excited to try, especially after reading the good reviews. We live out of town and thought the area was really cool, but had a bad experience from the get go and ended up walking out. We went straight in and sat at the bar, but the girl working barely acknowledged us. In fact, we sat there for 5 minutes and she still didn’t ask us what we would like to drink, even after we grabbed a menu from across the bar. We own a restaurant and know that the first impression is EVERYTHING. She did a poor job.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!

Yesterday I spent almost $40 on two burger meals. Sent my husband with his to work. When he got home last night he advised that it was mayo on it and he couldn't eat it. Entire meal in tact (burger and fries). I called today to see if I could get a replacement meal.

Spoke with Ezell who was unwilling to budge or accomodate in any way. He said that "when you walk out the door it's yours." Then said "maybe if you would have called with in 45 minutes we could have done something." When I mentioned the condradiction, his tone was very rude! I asked if there was someone else I could speak to because the food was uneaten (which you could clearly see) and regardlesss of if I took it back yesterday or today I would hope they would throw it away. That was the other concerning part, I am not sure they would have from his reaction.

The whole conversation was disappointing and hopefully the owner will call back because this is not good business with this type of customer service! Terrible!

I found this place when I looked up “best burgers In Montgomery”. It is a small restaurant with a sports bar look. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away. Since I was dining in, I was told to place my order at the bar and take a seat. I did just that. While I was waiting, I grabbed my drink (this place has Pepsi products and tea) from the fountain sodas and started noticing the atmosphere in the restaurant. There were a few TVs, alcohol for mixed drinks, and a number of beers on tap. In addition, I noticed chalkboard and writing On some of the walls, giving more detail to their food. I also noticed that there was a stack of games for people to play while they were at the restaurant. These games included: Uno, Chess, Checkers and others.
I ordered the Hollerpenyo & Bacon burger with fries. I will start with the fries, I was disappointed when they came out because I could tell they were not freshly made fries. They were definitely frozen from a bag. I will say, though, that they were seasoned well. I was just hoping for fresh fries.
The burger itself was delicious! The patty was thick, it was cooked to perfection and very juicy! It was full of flavor and the bun was thick enough to hold together the hamburger as a whole. I liked the size of the jalapeños that were put in the burger, I was just hoping that they would be a little more spread out versus all in one spot.
All in all, I would recommend this restaurant for someone who is going here for a burger. While the restaurant has a whole slew of sandwiches, by the taste of their burgers… I would say their sandwiches are probably really good as well.

Parking: This restaurant is located around a few other restaurants, and kind of tucked in a corner. This makes it a little hard to find parking.

been wanting to try it went in for lunch and ordered a club sandwich the wait wa kinda long for a sandwich u dont have to cook waited around 30 min which is not acceptable then my bread was toasted hard to point hard to chew bacon was extra hard very dissapointed i mite have caught them on a day off mite try again another date but wont go out m way to get here too man other options in area

Food is good. Unfortunately we have made several attempts to go for dinner and been turned away because they were not honoring the hours posted online or posted on the open sign out front. This being the third time that has happened I have to say, not worth the trip.

I gotta tell you, this place is fantastic. If you like burgers or sandwiches, you will NOT leave here disappointed! The flavor profiles are amazing, and the prices can't be beat. Not to mention, this place has the best french fries and ranch in the entire county! I would eat here every day for a month if I could!

It was my second or third time. Not sure what it was but the patty was really dry. I am never a big and serious about burger so I am never quite picky. This visit was quite disappointing. Hope it was just that time.

bun was cold, fries were obviously frozen but the burger was easily a 9.8/10. fries about a 7/10. would come again without hesitation.

Great place and awesome burgers! I got the Hawaii Five-O burger and it was delicious. Their seasoned fries were also amazing. And they make all of their sauces in house *chef's kiss* would 10/10 recommend.

Very clean place in old ventage building. Fries were great and bacon cheese burger was large but very salty and strangely spiced. Was rather expensive for a burger and fries ($19)

I ordered The Mighty Casey, it was absolutely perfect. Great portions, clean restaurant. They also have outside seating. Must try this gem. We can't wait to come back and try more.
