Gracie helped me a couple days ago ,and had the nasties attitude ever and shouldn’t be allowed to work in customer service esp at a place that preaches kindness. I used to love going here idk what happened. I will be going to a different location from now on!!

Then had the nerve to get my order wrong and give me an abundance of straws. How about get my order right instead of giving me an abundance million straws!

The cup they use spill easily on clothes and hands. It's disgusting how they clean the glass with a dirty rag. They should look into that; I always have the same problem. The lid they use for the cup is of very poor quality.

Gracie has a very bad attitude. My drink was made in incorrectly, and she proceeded to be rude to me about a mistake that was made by staff.
We were on our way from New Orleans back to Atlanta and stoped by this café for a quick energy boost. Nathan gave us a lovely service and the drinks (hot caramel macchiato & Ocean Breeze) were just awesome.

Reached 1000 points, enough to get the free drink, and asked for a large seven energy with cold foam and light ice. Not only did they bring out the wrong size, the drink tasted wrong. When I told them it was supposed to be a large they acted like I was lying. When they finally brought out the right size, there was no cold foam and there was ice from the bottom to the top of the cup. Rude, petty, and terrible service after a mistake that THEY made.
