i actually want to understand who hired these people and trained them because how are we getting larges confused for mediums (when we paid for the large??) and a hot white chocolate mocha confused for a hot blondie. there is always an addition missing when ordering coffee. are we not reading orders? we keep giving this place chances but truly i think this is a group that cannot be saved and this location will become dry in the foreseeable future from the lack of competent workers.

The girls working on the night of 11/8 were so sweet! We are unfamiliar with the menu and they very kindly helped us decide what to get. They were patient and never made us feel like we were bothering them. The coffee was delicious also!

This is a new location. Service was friendly and drink mixed well. I had an energy drink mixed with strawberry flavor. It was very good. The employees were very willing to assist with the menu. Service was prompt.

This is the worst 7Brew I’ve been to. At other locations, workers take your order all the way down the line. At this one, they talked and waited until cars were at or close to the canopy. Weather wasn’t a factor either.
The employee that took my order never asked for my phone number. I later inquired after realizing she didn’t and was told, “well it’s too late now.”

Went today, wanted to use 1 of my free drinks. She ordered 3 of my drinks which one was a small and a medium. She ended up using my 3 free drinks and when I said something too her that I wanted to pay for the medium and small she told me it was too late. I then asked if I could atleast upgrade them to a large if that was the case. She refused and said it was too late. I hope someone can fix this because we did not want to use all 3 of our drinks.

I love the drinks. Don’t stop at the Zelda location before work. The young lady taking the orders doesn’t walk to you to take the orders. You have to go up one by way, wasting a whole lot of time. A WHOLE LOT OF TIME WASTED AND IM TRYING TO GET TO WORK!
I have been to this location about 4 times since they opened and it's been absolutely great each time. The drinks are delicious and the customer service is awesome! I'm so glad they put on our side of town!

Me and my boyfriend deliver to one of your team member on night shift (Ashley) and, we dropped off her moes order to one a the crew member so we didn't even have direct contact with her she canceled her order after receiving it while we were still parked in the location and said she canceled because of harassment like I understand if you wanted your money back but why lie and mess up someone else job because you didn't wanna pay for your food we gave great service while dropping this order off without a tip.. I thought you would like to know about your crew member because that's not right I will be up there later to speak with a manager because ain't no way

Would rather go to the one near Eastchase. I don’t know if the staff are still learning but everytime I go there the drinks are not good. Don’t get me wrong I understand they just opened but everytime? Also they need to come off more pleasant and less annoyed when they only have a few cars waiting.

Absolutely terrible we waited for over 15mins for 1 singular disgusting drink. I was behind one other car they asked me to switch lanes and I couldn’t with the cones and a car behind me. They proceeded to skip me and go to everyone else and I didn’t order until I got to the very front. I get about the same thing and it always tastes the same. This time it tastes like orange flowers. Nothing in my order has orange or floral taste. On top of that I gave them my number and I never got my points. Never coming back.
