Food is always fresh,hot and fairly good. Customer service is just ok and sometimes can be a bit rude and lack any enthusiasm. No dine in and the lot/restuarant is a sight for sore eyes.
The employees need training ? on customer service. Attitude city. Getting smart with the customer and then laughing and joking with the others when she close the window. Very unprofessional
I tried them 2 months ago. And ever since I at least go once a week for they lemon pepper mild wings. They are the best I think. I see someone said that the service wasn't good. If you order from the drive thru maybe you don't know what to order. Cause who running the drive thru they are young girls but they are really sweet. That's why I aways go in side. Try that.
