Walked in to order take out - chicken/rice soup & pad Thai. Told the woman taking my order that I would sit in my car and wait — and then come back in after 10 minutes to pick up. Less than 10 minutes later, she found me in my car and handed me my food! Completely unexpected, but so grateful for her kindness! Didn’t catch her name - but was on March 26 after 5p. Food, delicious as always. Nothing beats the soup!

We love this place. Lots of veggie options for my partner. The drunken noodles, curry, and the chive dumplings are a favorite for us. We go at least once a month. It is small, but service is just as great as the food.

Not the best Thai. Go to a more authentic Thai restaurant if you want good food.

They got one thing right with my order, no bean sprouts. That's impressive since I didn't want it in the little spring rolls. Nothing else is right about this meal. Look at the soup, iceberg lettuce is not lemongrass. The pad Thai has not much flavor, and is overwhelmed by the fried egg. And those spring rolls are nothing to rave about, too pasty and white flour tasting. Big disappointment.

I thought this meal was price, For vegetable fried rice. I open the container I see a piece of lime,I think okay that's a different kind of garnishment. The rice is lighter than I like my fried rice so I put soy sauce on it. Tasted it ? and wow so good the lime flavor was awesome in it. Yea I'll be spending $14 for that fried rice.

Great service and flavorful food! We had the baby egg rolls, large Tom Kha soup with chicken and pad woon sen with chicken. The complimentary chicken rice soup was delicious with notes of cilantro and fresh ginger. The baby egg rolls are unique and addictive! We will be back!!

My new favorite place in Montgomery to eat. I have Celiac and the chef and server were both very kind and accommodating. Today I had the basil with chicken lunch special and it was authentic, not too spicy and absolutely delicious. Our server was a friendly and a delight to talk to. It was a short drive off the interstate but totally worth it and a completely affordable lunch at about $15 each (plus tip). Fresh, Fast & Friendly!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Celiac Friendly

I ordered the beef lard na and was excited until I got home and realized I spent 24 dollars for basically a small box of noodles and broccoli. If had ordered it for there I would have sent it back and left.

Ala Thai's Pad Woon Sen is a must-try dish for anyone who loves Thai cuisine. The stir-fried glass noodles were perfectly cooked and paired well with the fresh vegetables and tender chicken. The dish had a delicious savory and slightly sweet sauce that made each bite a delight. The portion size was generous and well worth the price. The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Ala Thai for their Pad Woon Sen dish and look forward to trying more of their dishes in the future.

Not my first time at Ala Thai but it’s been awhile since they changed ownership. Since I’m pregnant and can’t handle spicy food right now it was great being able to choose the spicy level I wanted. The crab angels were great, they have real crab in them. The chive dumplings are also amazing. The garlic noodles I got with chicken this time. I usually get them with duck, but that’s a little too greasy for me right now. This is my first time getting the Black Mushroom with Shrimp dish. It was ok, very fresh peppery taste. The papaya salad is a favorite of mine and I actually didn’t miss it being spicy. It’s just a really good salad. If you’re on that side of town it’s a great place for lunch or dinner. Love that you can choose the spice level.

Beef Bulgogi was amazingly good. ? I haven't had a bad meal here once. The sushi is good and freshly made. I had one issue with the service where the waitress waited too long to hand me my ticket so.I could check out. But other than that It was a great experience.
