Horrible customer service. Order was taken incorrectly. My order had 2 salads instead of the 1 I ordered. When I asked to not take the second salad, the employee said I ordered it and wouldn't give me my money back for the second salad! Very bad experience. Food was above average.

I had a wonderful experience with customer services, and the food was freshly cooked to the perfectio. Also, the employee helped me get from the restaurant to my car while I was in my wheelchair. This truly made me feel additionally welcomed, and I witnessed first-hand gratitude to the fullest. I recommend that everyone should eat at this particular American Deli in Prattville, AL.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve encountered bad service from this location. The first time, the guy at the register wouldn’t even pause his phone conversation to take my order. The second time, the cooks in the back were laughing and insulting me. The chicken looks like scraps and they raised their prices without raising their standards. Will not spend my money here again
The food is below average, seems to be easier for them to drop food that’s been sitting consecutively! The little girl at the counter had great customer service! Would I eat here again? Wouldn’t count on

The wings are decent and I’m sure this place is only receiving as much business as they do because of location. I will not be returning here! The cashier is by far the most arrogant, unprofessional, and unfriendly person I have dealt with in awhile. Even with the convenience of location, his attitude was that rude, you couldn’t pay me to go back.

We called an order in of a 20 piece combo and 10 extra wings. The gentleman on the phone asked us how long you think you’ll be. We told the 5-10 minutes because we just picked up food($70)from just around the corner. We watched patron after patron come and after order and get their food. 45 minutes later he addresses the situation and we now have $70 worth of cold food!!!!
