The service is HORRIBLE. I had the 2 piece whiting combo. I specifically said DO NOT FRY THE FISH HARD. What happened? The fish is hard like potato chips. When the cashier went to bag my food, she was so busy looking at her phone she couldn’t do that right. Sad. I broke the fish in half .

This place is disgusting . The fries were so cold , my coke had no ice in it . And it made me and my mom really sick to the point where we wanted to throw up !!! Im 6 months pregnant and everything ive been eating so far has been great but this place hell no . Im pretty sure my drink was poisoned and I have a picture to prove it . They wouldnt even give me a refund for my order .

If I could leave a review with ZERO stars I would. I went to the American Deli on Ann Street at 7:53 pm to get some food. I walked into the establishment and was told they were closed. Remind you they are in there still cooking and serving. According to the sign on the door they are to close at 10 pm. That is a huge problem and unacceptable!

Food was nasty. Dirty tables and floors. Employees very rude. Turned music up real loud and started laughing and looking in a very rude manner. Everyone needs to start videoing these employees and this place to show the world how this place is. I will not eat here again. 60 bucks wasted for me and my family.

I got the Philly/wing combo. Order was Door Dashed. Wings were gross. They were old, dry, chewy, and small. Ordered 2 ranch dressings and they didn’t put either in the bag. Fries have no seasoning. I gave them 2 stars because the Philly was great.
