Should have left when I saw the score was 85 place smelled like piss and old mop water. Food was ok but I couldn’t get past the smell most definitely will not be going back.

I got the Philly/wing combo. Order was Door Dashed. Wings were gross. They were old, dry, chewy, and small. Ordered 2 ranch dressings and they didn’t put either in the bag. Fries have no seasoning. I gave them 2 stars because the Philly was great.

Was very pleased with my food here. There were a few customers in but the staff was on it. The location was clean . Atmosphere was good. Engaging with the customers made our time waiting fly by. The food was served up quickly with pleasant smiling faces.

I ordered online on UberEats around 11:45 so I would have my food at a reasonable time to eat lunch. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 and the order still was not done, but they started working on it. I pulled a chair off a table to have a seat until my lunch was ready.When the cashier said it was ready, she decided not to give it to me without some code from UberEats. There is no code. The "code" is that computerized order from the Uber corporate office that she holds that has my name on it. I ended up with no food for lunch. At least I got a refund from Uber so I can try a different place next time.

I recently visited American Deli on 971 Ann Street in Montgomery, AL. I ordered a Chicken Philly Combo and it was horrible. The onions & bell peppers were burnt. I don't know what type of cheese was on it, but it left a nasty aftertaste. The chicken didn't taste like chicken and the bun was soggy so all the filling fell out. This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant.

Customer service sucks!! They hung up in my face just simply asking about my order. Then took phone off the hook. That was very rude!!! Never got my order I paid for... finally was reimbursed later time. Worst location to get food from. Don't waste your money.
