They take on the phone orders, but every time I go in to get it, they messed it up and i mean EVERY time. If I ask for extra, there's barely any to be even considered normal. They also make it frustrating by making it like they can't understand what I'm saying even if I over pronounce. Some people just aren't able to hear over the phone, like me, but at least ask for confirmation of what you think I said.

Alot better then when they first opened. I think there are still no refunds, so if your food not right or take too long to prepare your order there's nothing you can do about it.

Great food! I don't believe I've visited an American Deli yet that has disappointed me. Some of the best wings in town. Cooked to your liking with many flavora to choose from. I really love that you can choose to do half & half with flavors then add a fry..always plenty of fries. I'm partial to the boneless wings & most of the time I can make 2 meals out of one plate or sometimes split a plate with my husband. Service is always great, kind & courteous....
