My first time visiting with the family and we wanted heros before going back to hotel room. 1 Long wait, 2 my hero and my wifes included items on the hero we did not want or ask for 3 where is the meat.

Only my Son was satisfied 100% with his Philly Cheese Steak.

They take on the phone orders, but every time I go in to get it, they messed it up and i mean EVERY time. If I ask for extra, there's barely any to be even considered normal. They also make it frustrating by making it like they can't understand what I'm saying even if I over pronounce. Some people just aren't able to hear over the phone, like me, but at least ask for confirmation of what you think I said.

Alot better then when they first opened. I think there are still no refunds, so if your food not right or take too long to prepare your order there's nothing you can do about it.
