Applebee's in Montgomery

“Zippy and the manager Stanley were absolutely phenomenal. We came in when it was clear they were in the weeds. We were already sitting at the bar when Stanley came in and from the moment he walked in - he was there to work - running food, taking orders, helping clean tables. I even heard him tell another server "we have a nice family of four at the front, please get them seated." So professional, cool, calm and collected. Zippy was our bartender and was also waiting several tables. She was able to offer everyone exceptional service and kept a positive attitude with the patrons. Exceptional employees, very impressed.“

“Order food through door dash highly recommend to never do that, they stole my food and when I called door dash about it they stated it’s Applebees place to give back a refund when clearly it was not. But I thank Applebees for working with me and helping me solve the issue. They remade my order and it was delicious! Great customer service and care about their customers. As for as door dash ? yeah they messing it up for other workers.“

“Classic bar experience. We just order appetizers and drinks. The waitress was really nice and helped switch the channels to the game we wanted to watch. I only give it a 4 because the light fixtures were drop down and they all sit right in front of the TVs, so it can be annoying to watch the game depending on where you sit.“
