Waited a long time for food end up getting a refund

I ordered the Ultimate Trio because I looked it up online and it seemed like it would be a good deal. I got the boneless wings, quesadillas, and mozzarella sticks. I had no issue with the other 2 items, but the quesadillas I was thoroughly disappointed about. They were overcooked and way tinier than the picture listed on the website. It's more than just it not looking like the picture, which I know is a common tactic most restaurants do, and there's nothing wrong with that. The problem arises when the quesadillas are noticeably way smaller than what's advertised. That is false advertisement, and I ended up getting much less value for the $16.99 price because of the tiny size of the quesadillas. Tastewise, however, the food was really good. And the Strawberry Lemonade was definitely a standout, it tasted amazing!

Update 2.6.2026 The shrubbs beside the restaurant all the way up to the door is full of trash, mixed trash. Trash that has accumulated over a period of time. I didnt like that because if its dirty outside, is it dirty inside. For my food, the sanwich was hot and great but my garlic mash potatoes were tasteless.
FORMER REVIEW. When I entered the restaurant I knew this was going to be a bad visit. First off the restaurant was freezing. I even heard other guests complaining. The waitress didn't bring our dinners out at the same time. My food didn't come until after about 35 minutes later when they were done eating. The waitress would leave with our drink order and not return until several minutes later, like 20 minutes. We often seen her laughing with other employees. For some reason the restaurant was not busy at all. Now I know why. The service was not good. Finally my mother just got up and walked out. It was not a good visit at all.

Water tasted like mop water. Restaurant has a sour smell. Tipsy Cupid was straight. Food was ok even though the Mac n cheese had NO CHEESE. A hint to the wise is sufficient LET THE BARTENDERS WORK THE BAR ONLY. Felt like we weren’t being attended to even though she worked the bar and the tables the bar was getting way more attention. Very slow service and didn’t check up on us…. DO BETTER!

God blesses people like Carson who works for Pick up and Mr. Stanley the GM. Both gentlemen were incredibly nice and understanding. Carson promptly got to a manager as promised when I first addressed my concern and Mr. Stanley understood the importance of the issue and took great accountability. I am very satisfied for my encountering with both and wish great success within the business.

The food was delicious!! Our server Elvira was phenomenal. The two for 25 was so filling and delicious and it looked great on the plate. I’m sorry no pictures. We were hungry and it was good so you gonna have to see for yourself self. We definitely recommend going to Applebee’s on Atlanta Highway. You won’t be disappointed.
I came with my parents last weekend and Jordan was our server. She was so sweet and attentive! Food was delicious and hot!

Really pleasant people that work there. I have encountered 2 spectacular workers but I totally forgot their names. Been going here 10+ and never really had a bad experience. I go because the workers are always nice. Food is good. They welcome children and treat them very nice as well.
