I ordered the fish and chips with waffle fries and green beans the fish was fried so hard and burnt sent it back the second plate was burnt worse then the first the sprite tasted like water change it to coke it was brown water other people around me sent the watery drinks back also the only thing I could eat were the fries it was the worst meal ever?????????

Order food through door dash highly recommend to never do that, they stole my food and when I called door dash about it they stated it’s Applebees place to give back a refund when clearly it was not. But I thank Applebees for working with me and helping me solve the issue. They remade my order and it was delicious! Great customer service and care about their customers. As for as door dash ? yeah they messing it up for other workers.

This was an AMAZING experience. The bartender, CeeCee really had our party taken care of. I really appreciate someone who takes their role and responsibilities with style, and grace, as she does. Would definitely recommend and ask for CeeCee, she is amazing.

Ordered car side pickup and arrived when I was supposed to be there took 40 minutes to get my food and receipt. Ordered salmon and it was so overcooked it was a brick that could be used to build a house. The restaurant was not even busy at that time. The person who brought me my food did say sorry for the wait but there was no explanation as to why they were late or empathy. I work in customer service as well and anytime there is a delay I informed people what the issue was.
Small birthday dinner. Bartender served us. She was cool and did a great job. Meals were hot and music was definitely a vibe
