Two team members looked directly at us as we stood at the counter. Neither one said anything to us. Finally, the lady, as she was speaking on her headset looked at me like are you gonna order? The food was hot and delicious. Extremely poor customer service from the staff.

Absolutely nice people, I was amazed on the cleanliness, I have never seen a fast food restaurant so clean and put together. Absolutely kudos to them also food was delicious and drink was refreshing, I’m not from here but I wish my nearby Arby’s was like this!!

Arby's has done a lot lately to get the word out, and they've won my family over. Food was great, and as always the curly fries are amazing! Manager stopped by our table and talked. Super nice folks! Thank you.

Here’s the deal, my guy Charrdarrus is the man. He actually listened to what we said and patiently taught us how to pronounce his name. We absentmindedly forgot our backpack, and Charrdarrus kindly brought the backpack out to our van as we were leaving. We rang the bell, and it was totally worth it.
