The roast beef in their classic roast beef sandwich was not sliced paper thin as I have had in every other Arby's. Not good. The Diet Coke from their dispenser tasted funny. The floor in this establishment was tacky/sticky. I do not believe we will be returning to this particular Arby's.

Hit or miss food. Service depends on the persons mood tbh. But some days it’s so slow moving!! but when I get my food it is 90% of the time fresh.

I work late. this location is very convenient on my way home. The drive thru staff has always been very attentive and friendly. I have had some crappy experiences at late drive thrus. Not at this location. Keep up the good work!!

Great food and good service. Sometimes the restaurant is pretty warm because of all the glass and the music is just meh. But I don't major in the minors, I will always come back.

10:00 closing time. Arrived 9:53. They turned off outside lights when they saw me pulling in. Regardless; pulled up to pay window since it WASN'T closing time yet. Young man appeared at window " We're closed". I replied not 10:00 yet. Shrugged, closed window, walked away. Visiting from out of town. Had mentioned to my son that I was stopping by there. He recommended not going there because of poor local reputation. Apparently they've earned that dismal distinction.

I stopped by for their heavily advertised potato cakes. I was told there was no such thing. So I thought small orders of fries were on special for $1.00. Well, they were not, but the manager gave me the $1.00 price. I sat down at a table and got what I deserved. Crinkle cut fries that were fried an hour ago. I did not complain because I got what I deserved.
