I’m done going here because the last two times got my order wrong. Ask for light mayo they put a gunk on there. Ask for crinkle cut and they give stale old curly fries. I gave it a chance and this place is just nasty. Also the quality on the pink lemonade went way downhill & taste terrible. This place needs a overhaul in new staff

Horrible customer service and the food was gross. How did y'all let a bun get crusty. The meat was crispy and dry. The only thing I can eat is the potato cakes and they are nasty too. Worst lunch ever.

DO NOT try the new Philly. It is awful. Hardly any steak but lots of cheese and sauce that come out the side when you bite it. Very sloppy. All for $14 in a small combo 🙄

Arby's is heavily advertising that potato cakes are back forever. I do not understand why, but I definitely enjoy fresh fried potato cakes. Well, I decided to take advantage of a special Arby's was advertising. $6.99 for a choice of chicken or fish sandwich, fries or 4 piece potato cakes and a drink. Well, at first the app stated that special was not available at the location I was in. Anyhow, ordered what I wanted.............. whoever fried the chicken and potato cakes......... fried them in a way such that they were extremely dark in color and unbelievably greasy. Yes I should have taken it back to the counter, but I was too frustrated. I tried an Arby's in Greenville and they burned the potato cakes like Montgomery and they were greasy. Fortunately the manager was sitting at a dining room table and I showed her the grease dripping from the potato cakes. She cooked some more herself and they were perfect. There should be instructions on how often to change the deep fryer oil, what temperature to set it on and how long to cook the potato cakes. You should never cook fries or potato cakes and let them sit around for an extended period of time and then fry them again to satisfy an order.
