Forgot to grab a couple snapshots since I was with the whole family. Quick bite for dinner. This Arby's had a remodel and is nice and clean inside. The service was ok. Had to give the order more than once but it came out correct. Food was ok. Mine was good but the wife's sandwich was cold and she said their grease needed to be changed. Overall about what one might expect from a fast food dinner. No major misses or home runs.

I just left the Arby's on Atlanta Hwy. I ordered the Greek Gyro, or #11 on the menu. When I open my order at home, I found it was a French Dip without the dip. Mine you, in the past I've found the French Dip tasty and satisfying, however in this instance it's not what I ordered and as a waiter decided substitute, its grossly lacking. Moreover, no one answered the phone when I called to complain. My caregiver, who took me to this Arby's, is off for the day. Hence, I am without means to return for a correction.

I went to drive through and was told to hold for a minute. Twenty minutes later the guy said come around to the window where he tells me the system is down. Well he could have said that in the beginning and not have wasted my time.

Exceptional place to go for lunch and dinner. The Atlanta highway Arby's in Montgomery Alabama. There number one in my book. Because I have been to many Arby's. I have not found one that can beat the personalities of this one on the atlanta highway Montgomery Alabama. I've met Mary the manager I've met Jered the assistant manager and they have glowing personalities and very professional. Very fast and every product they issue out that I have eaten Has always been absolutely perfect.. It's perfectly made. always the fresh. I used to go in all the Arby's in Montgomery, but I only go to the one above now. Diamond is one of the employees that is always smiling every time I've ever seen her. So Mary the manager knows how to make Her employees happy on their jobs. She is exceptionally nice And very professional. Chris, he's in the back Preparing the food.. He'll come up and help sometimes if it's real busy. I enjoy watching them while I eat my lunch. And sometimes dinner.. I've been in business 40 years myself and retired, and I love to see people that work and love their jobs. I noticed a lot of the employees in this particular. Arby's are multi-task. They can do it all. Thanks Arby's you have done well this one On the atlanta highway Montgomery Alabama.

Just when you think Arby's is nearin the end of their meats, they smack ya right in the jaw with a 5 roast beef for $5 dollars after 5:00pm not a moment to spare!Vegetarian options: Y'all are still existing... Hmm wow, miracles!
The Young Man at the drive thru window was a breath of fresh air. He was so polite and positive. He's definitely one Worth keeping and promoting. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. It shouldn't be hard for mgt. To see who was working the late night shift that night.

I don’t care how stressful the work situation is, there is no excuse for publicly complaining about your co workers in front of diners and for getting in shouting matches. Deal with it as professionals and remember that customers, including children, are listening. I’ll never go to this restaurant again and will tell others not to as well.

This location has gone down tremendously. I understand being short staffed or whatever, I can even deal with the longer wait times. However the quality of food that's being passed out is awful. Waiting 15mins plus in line just to get stale,old,greasy re-dropped mozzarella sticks,fries and etc is crazy. Inaccurate orders and all kinds of stuff,this has become a regular occurence each time I visit this location. All I say is check your food before pulling off..

Went through drive thru at the Atlanta Highway store in Montgomery, ordered 2 roast beef deluxe sandwiches and 2 beef and cheddar s with 2 large curly fries. The food was at the window as soon as I pulled around, she rang me up and handed me my bag. I was looking to see if everything was in the bag that I ordered and the lady said can you pull on up we are on a timer. Lol so I got home in about 5 minutes and low and behold the food was cold, sandwiches, fries, everything. No wonder it was ready so fast, so 30.00 lesson learned, I will never eat there again ever.
