I went to the drive-thru two nights ago and got the most incredible beef cheddar but I went back tonight and it was awful. Service a couple nights ago was great service tonight no I waited about 10 minutes for somebody to ever come and ask me for my money in the Drive-Thru. Either you're going to go and get great food and great service or you're going to go and get off of food with awful service so it's kind of like flipping a quarter every time you go

Been waiting in the drive through with no one in front of me at the speaker for 15 minutes horrible service they said please hold I have a mobile order so I can’t just leave I already ordered and paid horrible horrible I have to get to work fast food… sure

I have never seen anything like this at a Arby's. I thought it would be impossible for any restaurant to be this bad. Ice machine doesn't work. No bags in trash can and both cans are sitting outside the cabinet. There's a water leak somewhere because there's a long narrow puddle of water about 16' long. One of the drink fountains is broken and keeps flowing unless you by hand pull it back. Napkins all across the bottom of where you get your sauces. Food was not real bad but not fresh or not hot. Some employees seemed not sure of want to do. After we eat the place still looked the same.

Ordered a large. Not large portions and the curley fries and arby sauce taste changed itll make a terd but wont eat again for a while
