I’m a doordash driver and today I had to pick up an order from Auntie Anne’s. I had to wait a couple of minutes for the order to be finished, which was really no big deal. Once the order was finished i walked up to the counter and I was handed two bags instead of one, and the man told me that the other pretzel was for me because I had to wait . It really made my whole day. Not only are these people extremely kind, but they also have awesome pretzels. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5!! I highly recommend eating here!!!!

They are not professional at all!!!!! Food had hair in it and they would not give me a refund for it.

Can't give them zero stars but would if I could. Be very careful using a credit card here. They ran my card for $9,000+ rather than $4.54. It was declined and then they ran it again for the same amount telling me that I didn't have enough money on my card to cover the charge. I stepped away and immediately called my card and that is when I found out the amount they were running the card for. The credit card company then shut down my card as fraud. They are smart enough to know that I was not buying $9,000.00 worth of pretzel dogs! I went back to the counter and told the lady that she ran my card for over $9,000 and that is why it was declined. She argued with me that the reason it was declined was that I didn't have enough money. She had no clue! Then she said that yes she ran it for too much and tried to rerun it but per USAA, she reran it for the same $9,000+. No apology! Now my card is cancelled and I have to wait for a new card. I don't live here and am traveling for work so this is a major inconvenience. IF you do business here, be sure to check your credit card receipts!!!! No telling how many cards they have overcharged!!!!!

Great hospitality. They really go out of their way to help you. Excellent pretzels. Tried the Pepperoni Pretzel. It has cheese on it too. It's awesome!!!! A must try!!!.

The asian man that works here was super disrespectful! Messed up my order twice and yelled at me for pointing it out. I tell him unsalted pretzels, he makes me salted pretzels. After i tell him he messed up, he gives me an attitude and tells me i said otherwise. He then makes another one even worse just to piss me off! Horrible service!! This guy should be fired !!
