Ordered the turkey club, expecting a turkey club. Basically just got a double decker turkey sandwich. Bates needs to learn that a club sandwich has bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Not just turkey and lettuce. It was good, just not a true club.

Wasn't the greatest of a turkey dinner. Rather bland, although healthy prepaeations and portions. Cost is fairly priced.
The dressing was sorta cornmeal gritty--to many, not fully cooked. The food was luke-warm.

This business can prosper with a little pep in it's step.

AWESOME! I stopped in while traveling for work. All I can say is that, I DEFINITELY will be making future trips with family and clients to experience Bates House of Turkey Montgomery AL! They are affordable, extremely sanitary and such a PLEASURABLE establishment. They provide prompt expedited lunch service and it doesn't affect the quality of food or service. The Hickory Smoked Turkey sandwich with Pasta Salad is UNEXPLAINABLE DELICIOUS when paired. Keep up the good work...
