Very Bad experience right off the bat! One of the people with me ordered a Michelob Ultra in draft or a bottle. They had neither, he then asked for a draft bear list, all the Draft Beer taps where not working. No explanation as to why. This is a sports BAR right? Just saying! I hope you correct your issue soon for others.

We had a group of 45 today and the service was outstanding. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. Thank you to Donna and the staff for a great visit.

Let me first say that I am not one to leave a bad review. It is very rare. That said, I sat at the bar for 15 minutes, tried to get served, even called out to a few employees walking by only to be ignored. I couldn't find a bartender or waitress that could serve me. When I asked other customers, they agreed that there seem to be no one working the bar and they all seemed to be annoyed. This was at noon on a Wednesday, and while they were busy, that's not an excuse to leave your bar unattended. Not to mention, at a downtown business oriented location, people expect prompt service on their lunch break. Its been years since I have been to this location, but my experience was very similar. I doubt I'll go back. Live Baumhower's but I guess I'll have to stick to other locations.

Me and my coworkers went to lunch and had a horrible experience... The tea was not good, the waitress did not bring our food nor checked back with us throughout the lunch. One of my coworker asked for some additional ranch dressing but didn't receive it until after he finished his salad. Another co-worker had to go to the bar and get her blue cheese and lemon pepper seasoning for her wings. The cook or bus boy brought our food and our receipts. It will be a while before I go back to this location.

Great service at this location. The food is always good.

Wait time was long but food was great.

The wait was ridiculous. Short staffed during lunch hours. Food took 45 minutes and was overcooked (I asked for my burger med well and it was burned) and fries were cold.

Great friendly service. If you leave hungry its your own fault. Great variety.

Server made great suggestions and carried on some general conversation with us. Made us feel very welcome. We had a couple of questions and she didn't have an answer, so she immediately got another waitress to address our questions about the menu items, because she had not tried those items before.

The server, Jasmine, "lost" my debit card. In the 15ft distance from our table to the terminal, my debit card was either dropped, or misplaced. Considering that we saw this server a total of 3 times before the incident took place, I cannot in good conscience say which of the two options took place. It was only after waiting for close to 10 minutes for Miss Jasmine to bring my card back, that I had to flag down a manager, who THEN told me that she had dropped it.

Waitstaff Jasmine "thinks she dropped" my debit card according to the manager, during our lunch visit today. Had Miss Jasmine picked up the card, stopped at the terminal, charged the card and then returned it as she should have, there wouldn't be an issue. However, when she decided to take a detour throughout the entirety of the open kitchen, make some tea, talk with the dishwasher, along with who knows what else, my debit card was misplaced. Ordered my usual hot lips salad. When it came the salad was so full of sauce and ranch dressing, I couldn't eat it. I ate the chicken and told the server I had some constructive criticism. He showed it to the manager, who he said didn't really say anything. It was blamed on the “new guy.” I wasn't looking for a free meal, but I was hoping for an apology. This “was” one of my go-to places for lunch since I've worked downtown for 34 years. Folks beware of the soggy salad!! I'm not happy!!

It was a short wait time but the time it took to take our order and get it put in took the server a while. Then it took about about 40 minutes for minutes to get our meal. The drink I order taste like bug spray if you can imagine. My food was over cooked my fries were cold and the service was bad. The server was bad, she really had no sense of urgency.

Fried Wickles! The wings, fried mushrooms, and Caribbean Fish are the best.
