I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately everything fell flat. The crust, cheese, and chicken all lacked flavor, and the sun-dried tomatoes tasted off. The capers were extremely briny …almost expired-tasting. Service was also disappointing; we weren’t greeted, and my card was taken with a soaking wet hand, which was off-putting. Several tables (including one behind us) remained dirty for over 45 minutes despite it not being busy. Overall, not worth the price for what we received.

We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. The wait was probably 10 minutes to order and 15-20 minutes for food. The portion size is great. It was easy to split a 14 inch pizza. The crust was kinda thin so the toppings just slid off when trying to pick up a piece. They were unfortunately out of several toppings, so I would like to retry it with all the toppings. The pizza did taste great though. The building is really neat as well! We will definitely be back

Ordered 2 Strombolis and the outcome was NOTHING NEAR! They should really Google a picture of 1 and they will agree also. The ingredients were good to the taste but the stromboli experience is definitely not here

god what a nightmare DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR for a shitty pizza. manager- do better staff more and turn off online orders when busy. waited 1 1/2 hours for a small cheese pizza i ordered online. ridiculous

The ability to staff this place during busy times is terrible. We watched people stand in line for over an hour one night, left. Came back next night ordered online still had to wait over an hour to get our food and 20mins in line for drinks. Hire more people and get the flow better.

Long story, short....this place has excellent pizza. Thin, tasty, and made to order. They're super busy at lunchtime, so do not count on getting in and out in 30 minutes.
If you're short on time, I recommend you order ahead and pick up when you arrive. If you have the time, though, come on by and enjoy the hospitality and the sweet tea.
Management runs a tight ship, so employees are usually working hard to please. If it's brick oven pizza you're craving, look no further than Bibb Street!

Stopped in after riding my bike around town and was pretty hungry. Ordered two slices to eat there. They were dry and not too generous with the toppings or the sauce (actually don’t know if there was any sauce on it). I asked for a side of sauce and he said $1.50 then walked away and never came back with sauce or to take money. They were NOT busy. Less than thrilled to say the least.

I see what you're going for here but you're missing by several miles. Employees who can't be bothered to take a customer's order in a timely manner and the inconsistent use of the intercom system to alert patrons who have already purchased food that their order is ready for pickup... There is just too much for you all to overcome. I'll be steering friends and family away from this place. Tables are relatively dirty which is why I think you keep the lights low. My visit was 1/26/26 between 1830 and 1915 hrs. Don't worry, you've convinced me not to step foot inside that place again.

Tried both the pizza and a sub here, and both were delicious! Service was a bit slow but as expected for Friday evening. They also give a ten percent discount for military and first responders.

Great pizza with quality toppings. My only complaint is they need a couple more TVs, I had to sit oddly to see the game I was watching.
