Ate at Bibb St. Pizza Company in Montgomery AL last night...food was pathetic...all BREAD, very LITTLE toppings, could not taste anything but BREAD, no sauce flavor, thin layer of cheese, non-existent chicken, worse pizza I've ever eaten in a restaurant, frozen pizza is a better option...menu on printer-paper, had food stains on it from previous customers...cheap, cheap, cheap...

I noticed the last couple of times I ordered the pizza was not as good. less product on the pie. however, today I ordered specifically stating what ingredient not to put on the pizza. even had the girl repeat it. when my wife brought it home it was wrong. I called, I even said I had you repeat it to me she said I was rude and hung up. I called back on my wife's phone because they wouldn't answer my number. when the mgr got on and told him what happened he said it was a misunderstanding. no it wasn't! I won't be returning

I waited an hour and a half for two pizzas only to find out they gave one of them away. I had to wait even longer for a remake while the other pizza sat and got cold. The customer service and communication were extremely disappointing.

If you are ever in downtown Montgomery you will want to go to Bibb Street Pizza!
It was my first time going and the people were friendly and best of all the pizza was one of the BEST pizzas I have ever eaten!!

Not many great places to eat in this area, but that’s not the case with Bibb St Pizza. Seriously the best pizza you can get in the area, hands down.

This was my first time going here. It was hyped up to me by some friends. I’m visiting Montgomery for business so I don’t know the area. I was not impressed. It took over an hour just for staff to tell me my pizza is going into the oven. It took about 10 minutes to cook. When it came out I was not impressed. I ordered a pesto chicken pizza and they forgot the chicken but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have time. Long story short I’m not impressed but I also noticed they are short staffed.
